(KGTV) - San Diego Police and Crime Stoppers requested the public’s help Thursday to find a man suspected of robbing an adult store in the Midway area. The man walked into the Adult Depot about 7:30 p.m. on Feb. 21 and pulled out a handgun, police said. He pointed the gun at the clerk’s head and demanded cash, then took money from the register. Police said the man fired one shot at the computer monitor above the cash register before running away. Investigators said the man was last seen walking north on Pacific Highway. The man is described as Hispanic and 5’4” to 5’6” tall. He was wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt, black bandana, black gloves, gray pants, and black and white tennis shoes. (KGTV) — Tennessee authorities arrested a man after they say he robbed a Subway restaurant and returned to retrieve his sandwich.Zachary Miller, 34, was arrested in Tennessee after robbing the Gwinnett County, Ga., restaurant on Oct. 9, according to Atlanta ABC-affiliate WSB-TV.Police said Miller ordered a sandwich and as he was checking out, he jumped over the counter and demanded money.MAP: Track crime happening in San Diego CountyHe was reportedly given 0 and then he fled the store.Police said video showed Miller then run back into the store and grab his sandwich before he ran away again.Miller reportedly had active warrants in both Tennessee and Georgia, according to WSB-TV, and is accused of robbing restaurants in both states. 752

(KGTV) — Two people killed in a Christmas Eve. crash on State Route 78 in Ramona have been identified by San Diego's medical examiner.Christian Diaz, a minor, and Gonzalo Rodriguez, 44, died Monday in collided head-on collision on SR-78 near W. Haverford Road just after 11 a.m., according to California Highway Patrol.The county medical examiner said Rodriguez was driving westbound on SR-78 when he lost control of the Toyota Camry he was driving and crossed into the oncoming lane, colliding with the truck. Diaz was pronounced dead at the scene.RELATED: CHP: Child killed in head-on collision on SR-78 in RamonaRodriguez was taken to Palomar Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.Two other occupants of the Camry — a woman and another young boy — and the 77-year-old driver of the pickup truck were taken to nearby hospitals with injuries of unknown severity, according to CHP. A 4-year-old girl was left alone inside a minivan overnight in a Milwaukee tow lot, Public Works Commissioner nominee Jeff Polenske said Tuesday at a news conference. Late Monday night, an impaired female driver was pulled over and arrested for an OWI when the vehicle was towed. Officers removed a 10-month-old child from the vehicle, but neglected to remove a 4-year-old girl from the backseat.Polenske said it wasn't until a tow lot employee heard the young girl crying that the girl was removed. Officials towed the car to the lot on around 12:30 a.m. The child was not discovered until around 8:30 a.m. Upon discovery, the child was checked by fire officials for immediate harm and later transported to the hospital for further review. Data from local meteorologists shows temperatures dipped as low as 19 degrees Monday night while the child was in the car.Milwaukee Public Works is reviewing more on the situation.   976
