(BEIJING, Nov. 26 (Xinhua) -- Chinese President Xi Jinping met Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic on Thursday, calling for more industrial cooperation and people-to-people exchanges.
Chinese Ambassador to the United States Cui Tiankai hailed the visit as a significant part of military-to-military exchanges between the two countries this year. He said the visit demonstrates that the Chinese navy is a staunch defender of peace, stability as well as freedom of navigation.
"With obvious complementarity to each other, the three economies have great potential in exploring production capacity cooperation," he told reporters.
They suggested the first LMC leaders' meeting be held next year, which is expected to provide political guidance to LMC' s development in the future.
