BEIJING, Jan. 7 (Xinhua) -- China on Sunday unveiled a guideline to push for safe development of cities, as some major accidents in cities caused great casualties and property loss in recent years.
Central Party organizations should make public Party theories, lines, principles and policies, decisions and plans of Party and state governance, speeches and instructions by Xi Jinping, general secretary of the CPC Central Committee, and important meetings, activities and appointment and removal of officials by the CPC Central Committee, among others.
The vice premier said China is willing to enhance the high-level exchanges and integration of the Belt and Road Initiative with Greece's development strategy. He said the two countries should join hands to push forward the cooperation in energy, transportation, telecommunications, culture and other key sectors under the 2017-2019 Greece-China Action Plan.
Through the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC), China has "worked closely with African countries to come up with programs and financial resources to address poverty and underdevelopment in those countries," said Gerishon Ikiara, an economist with the University of Nairobi.
In the past five years, China's domestic consumption, foreign trade and investment all surpassed most other economies, laying a solid foundation for economic and trade strength, Minister of Commerce Zhong Shan said at a meeting.
