The FBI is opening a domestic terrorism investigation into the shooting that happened at the Gilroy Garlic Festival, authorities said at a press conference Tuesday afternoon.Crowds scrambled to escape July 29 when a 19-year-old man wearing tactical gear and carrying an assault-style rifle started firing at the Gilroy Garlic Festival in California.
