NEBRASKA — Omaha Police Department detectives have located the Dodge County vehicle taken by an escaped inmate on Wednesday, but the suspect is still at large.About 7 p.m. Wednesday, authorities received a tip the dark grey 2012 Chevy Impala with government plate No. 42650 had been spotted in a Nebraska Furniture Mart parking lot. OPD said handcuffs were found in the car.An NFM spokesperson said the store had turned over security footage to authorities.Authorities are still looking for an inmate, Eric G. Scott, 37, who they may still be armed and dangerous. The victim said Scott twice had intercourse with her and had subjected her to other sex acts numerous times in the family home in Hooper, records state.Around 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, Scott forced a Dodge County deputy from the transport vehicle en route from Lincoln Diagnostic and Evaluation Center to Dodge County Jail, according to a Dodge County Sheriff's Department press release. The deputy was taken to Fremont Health Medical Center for treatment as a precautionary measure, the release states.Scott had been serving a two- to four-year sentence since April 11, 2016, for his fifth DUI offense, and was due to be released Oct. 21, according to the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services. NEWPORT BEACH (CNS) - President Donald Trump made an approximately 2 1/2-hour visit to Orange County Sunday for an early afternoon private fundraiser at tech mogul Palmer Luckey's Newport Beach estate.The fundraiser consisted of Trump participating in a roundtable discussion with supporters, then making a speech, according to the White House. It was closed to reporters, like many high-priced fundraisers conducted by presidents of both parties.Invitations for the fundraiser show tickets ranging from ,800 for individual admission to 0,000 for a couple to attend and take a photo with the president. Ric Grenell, Trump's former acting director of national intelligence, was also slated to attend the event.The ,800 figure comes from the donation limit for an individual in a presidential general election campaign. The higher ticket prices are legal because the money goes to the Republican National Committee and Republican state parties in battleground states.The motorcade arrived at the fundraiser location at 12:11 p.m. and left at 1:46 p.m. Air Force One departed from John Wayne Airport bound for Reno, Nevada at 2:15 p.m. after landing at 11:36 a.m.Trump was scheduled to speak at a rally in Carson City, Nevada later Sunday. He began his day in Las Vegas, where he attended a church service.Trump walked across the tarmac at about 11:45 a.m. and greeted a crowd of approximately 200 enthusiastic supporters who cheered and chanted "four more years," chatting briefly with several of them. "But the question is really, what is the mission? The mission is to take care of our kids."Jacob Stebel, a high school film teacher in the Bronx, said a pod system, where students would be taught in groups in a single classroom, won’t work with high schoolers.“Students will be grouped by the classes they have to take together, instead of students moving from classroom to classroom, teachers are moving from classroom to classroom," Stebel said.That would put him in six to seven different classrooms a day with just as many groups of students.“If I have to go into eight different classrooms a day, I have to set up my materials again,” he said.According to the mayor and city’s top educator, with a month to go, they’re still working through the details."One of the things we're working on right now, and, again, with a month to go, is how can we compress things so even at the middle school and high school level, there's less movement," de Blasio said.
