WASHINGTON, Dec. 1 (Xinhua) -- The first China-U.S. ministerial dialogue on fighting cyber crimes held here Tuesday yielded positive outcomes as the two sides worked hard to remove one of the major stumbling blocks to the development of the bilateral ties.

"I think it is important to remove regulations like tariff barrier and trade quota on goods, mainly traded between the two countries, in order to expand bilateral trade persistently. In that sense, the Korea-China FTA will affect the bilateral trade positively and result in a trade volume expansion," said Han.
The pledge was made by Chinese Premier Li Keqiang, ROK President Park Geun-hye and Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe while attending the 6th China-Japan-ROK summit.
Hong called the ASEAN Community a landmark in ASEAN integration, adding this first sub-regional community in Asia marks a higher stage of regional cooperation.
