BEIJING, May 6 (Xinhua) -- Premier Wen Jiabao said on Tuesday that China supported the Caribbean integration process.     "China will strengthen dialogue with the Caribbean community based on mutual respect, reciprocity and equality to promote south-south cooperation and achieve common prosperity," said Wen. MOSCOW, July 30 (Xinhua) -- As the special guests of Russian President Dmitry Medvedev, 50 students from China's quake-hit Sichuan province Wednesday visited the glittering Andrew Hall of the Kremlin, and had a joyous time with the Russian president.     "I hope that you will make friends with more Russian children during your rehabilitation in our country," Medvedev said in his speech, describing the students as "little heroes" in the relief work following the devastating earthquake.     These middle and primary school students, who were recuperating in a rehabilitation center in southwest Russia's coastal city of Tuapse before coming to Moscow, are the representatives of some 1,000 children who would arrive in Russia for further recovery in 2008. BEIJING, June 22 (Xinhua) -- Shang Fulin, chairman of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), on Sunday vowed to deepen reform and boost regulation to promote a stable and healthy development of the capital market.     The CSRC would rationally balance the market supply and demand, and regulate the pace of fund-raising, Shang told an interior meeting in Beijing.     The stock regulator would encourage and steer funds into the market for long-term investment and gradually improve the inner market stabilizing mechanism.     China's benchmark Shanghai Composite Index have fallen 54 percent from its all time high in mid October 2007. The steep decline came amid fears that the tightening measures would erode corporate profits and the equities supply would overwhelm demand.     Analysts said the regulator has been delaying approvals of initial public offerings over the past couple of months to stabilize market that was hard-hit by weak investor sentiment.     Shang noted the CSRC would boost cooperation with the prosecutors on crackdown on market manipulation, irregular information disclosure, and false information and rumors distributed to manipulate stock prices. NAIROBI, Sept. 18 (Xinhua) -- Armed Somali pirates hijacked Wednesday a Hong Kong bulk carrier with 25 crew members, 24 of them Chinese, off the Somali coast, the Chinese embassy in Nairob confirmed.     The bulk carrier owned by Sinotrans of Hong Kong was en route from Tunisia to Pipavav, India when it was hijacked off the eastern coast of Somalia, the 14th of such seizure by the pirates in the past two months, said Andrew Mwangura, an coordinator of the East Africa Seafarers Assistance Program (SAP).     Besides the 24 Chinese, a Sri Lankan captain was also on board the vessel that was captured, Mwangura told Xinhua by telephone.     The carrier was the second Hong Kong ship hijacked this week in the region. A Hong Kong-registered carrier was hijacked on Monday near the Somali coast with 22 crew on board. None of them were Chinese citizens.     Somalia's 3,300-kilometer coastline is considered by the International Maritime Bureau one of the world's most dangerous stretches of waters due to piracy as the Horn of Africa remains plagued by factional fighting since 1991.     Over 30 foreign ships have been captured by pirates near the Somali coast this year and more than 10 of them remain in the hands of pirates
