A 20-year-old woman, who in August was pronounced dead and later found to be breathing in a Detroit funeral home, died on Sunday, an attorney representing the woman's family said.Timesha Beauchamp died Sunday of brain damage at Children's Hospital, Fieger said."Our whole family is devastated. This is the second time our beloved Timesha has been pronounced dead — but this time, she isn't coming back," Beauchamp's family said in a statement.On Aug. 23, Southfield Fire Department paramedics responded to a home after receiving a call about an unresponsive woman. When they arrived, the department's fire chief said Beauchamp wasn't breathing. After about 30 minutes of standard revival efforts, first responders determined that Beauchamp was deceased."Because there was no indication of foul play, as per standard operating procedure, the Oakland County Medical Examiner's Office was contacted and given the medical data. The patient was again determined to have expired and the body was released directly to the family to make arrangements with a funeral home of their choosing," the chief said in a statement in August.Hours later, the staff at the James H. Cole funeral home realized Beauchamp was still breathing. But there were those who beat the crowds by getting their shopping done under the full moon.  "We started at like 8:30 [last night]," said one woman shopping with her sister at 4:30 a.m. at the Carlsbad Outlets. The mall had opened their Black Friday event at 6 p.m. Thursday with no closing time until 10 p.m. Friday. That meant those willing to shop all night, had free reign to scour the deals with a lot less competition.  "I think the only reason we're here at this time, said the woman, "is because there's no lines. And we can leave our kids at home. They're sleeping while we can shop."  Of course, an all night shopping event doesn't happen without workers.   "I started last night at 5pm." Said the manager of Joe's Jeans as the clock neared 5:30am.  Asked how she was holding up, she replied, "I'm doing good. I'm off in a little bit."  "Have a great day you guys." A door monitor at Tory Burch said to two customers leaving the store as she turned to others in line to get in. (KGTV) - USD head men's basketball coach Lamont Smith was arrested Sunday in the Bay Area and is facing three domestic violence charges, according to public records released by the San Francisco Sheriff's Department.Allen Lamont Smith, 42, was arrested at Oakland International Airport prior to the USD basketball team's flight back to San Diego following a 64-61 win over the University of San Francisco in last night's regular season finale.Officers were dispatched to the team hotel near Union Square late last night on reports of a domestic violence disturbance.RELATED: USD basketball coach Lamont Smith placed on administrative leaveThe victim told police she was intimately involved with Smith.
