SAN DIEGO (CNS) - Authorities Tuesday reached out to the public for help in identifying and locating a gunman who fatally shot a 35-year-old man in the Grantville area nearly five months ago. Officers responding to reports of gunfire shortly after 2:50 a.m. on May 21 found Mario ``Tony'' Bullard lying on a street in the 6200 block of Holabird Street suffering from at least one gunshot wound, according to San Diego police.Paramedics responded, but Bullard was pronounced dead at the scene. SAN DIEGO (CNS) -- A man accused of intentionally driving a pickup truck off Sunset Cliffs and into the ocean with his twin toddler daughters inside is slated to be arraigned Monday.Robert Brians, 47, is charged with 13 counts, including attempted murder, kidnapping, child abuse, child abduction, criminal threats and burglary for allegedly driving into the water on the morning of June 13 with his 2-year- old daughters inside the truck. SAN DIEGO (CNS) - A pedestrian was struck and killed by a Metropolitan Transit System trolley in San Ysidro, police said Friday.The crash happened shortly before 11:40 p.m. Thursday near the intersection of Beyer Boulevard and Smythe Avenue, San Diego police Sgt. Michael Stirk said. The intersection is just northeast of the Beyer Boulevard Trolley Station.The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene, Stirk said.
