The battle over MCAS flight paths continues. For years, residents have expressed concerns about noise, pollution and potential crashes. Survivors of alleged sexual abuse at the hands of priests nationwide are set to announce a federal class-action lawsuit aimed at the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops.In the lawsuit, the group and their attorneys say the Conference "knowingly concealed" the identities and actions of known abusers.
