Body camera footage released by Cleveland police shows the harrowing moments when officers came under a hail of gunfire while responding to a call in the Hough neighborhood.On April 14 police arrived on the scene around 10 p.m. for a report of shots fired into a house.A grandmother told officers she had been watching her grandchildren in the living room when she heard gunfire. This should be fun," Haynesworth said.That is, until a feather duster lookalike arrived in the mail."Yo! It's missing a leg!" Haynesworth said in her unboxing video. "The worst thing I've ever seen in my whole life."She didn't try contacting the company or returning the item — she figured it was a lesson learned.Angie Barnett, president and CEO of the Better Business Bureau in greater Maryland, said that's what creators of fake websites hope will happen."The scammer or the schemer clearly made a profit. If there is no business address listed, that's a red flag. If there is an address, Google the address to see if it exists. Call the phone number to see if it works. BONSALL, Calif. (KGTV) – A man was killed following a DUI-related crash on State Route 76 New Year’s Day, according to the California Highway Patrol. CHP says the head-on crash happened on the SR-76 near Monserate at 3:54 a.m. Tuesday. According to CHP, a 25-year-old man living at Camp Pendleton was driving a Lexus eastbound in the westbound lanes of the 76 when he struck a man riding a motorcycle. The motorcyclist died at the scene. The 25-year-old man was taken to the hospital with minor scratches and later arrested after CHP says he was determined to be under the influence. 592

BELL COUNTY, Texas -- Human remains have been found during a search for missing Fort Hood soldier Vanessa Guillen.The Army Criminal Investigation Division issued a statement Tuesday, saying partial human remains were found during a search of an area of interest close to the Leon River in Bell County.Army CID agents responded to the scene with the Texas Rangers, the Federal Bureau of Investigations, and the Bell County Sheriff's Office.The Army said there is no confirmation as to the identity of the remains at this point.Pfc.
