FORT WORTH, Texas — A Texas grand jury decided Monday to take no action against a man who fatally shot an armed man who killed two people in late December at a Fort Worth-area church.Jack Wilson is a firearms instructor who trained the volunteer security team at the West Freeway Church of Christ in White Settlement, Texas.He fatally shot Keith Thomas Kinnunen during a Dec. 29 service after he shot another security volunteer and a communion server.The gunman was heading to the front of the sanctuary when Wilson fired a single fatal shot. KXAS-TV in Dallas reports that there were about 250 people in the church at the time of the shooting.“Texas law allows an individual, when they witness somebody placing others at risk of serious bodily injury or death, to act with deadly force to protect the other individuals,” said Tim Rodgers, chief prosecutor for the Law Enforcement Incident team in the Tarrant County Criminal District Attorney’s Office. “Mr. Wilson did just that. He did it responsibly and, as a result, he was justified under the law in his actions.”According to NPR, Texas Gov. The body believed to be Shanann’s was discovered on Anadarko property, officials said Thursday morning, and those believed to be Celeste and Bella were recovered from oil tanks nearby later Thursday, high-ranking officials said.Frederick police also said on Friday that they believe they have two or three more days of interviews to conduct related to the case. Fierce winds and lightening strikes created by a powerful dust storm have killed around 100 people in northwestern India since late Wednesday, according to local authorities.In the state of Rajasthan, at least 31 people died and around 120 people were injured after winds downed more than 8,000 electricity poles and uprooted hundreds of trees, Jaipur District Divisional Commissioner T Ravi Kant told CNN."This has resulted in widespread electricity cuts and water shortages. Most of the deaths occurred after walls and roofs of houses collapsed in the middle of the night," he said.In neighboring Uttar Pradesh, the death toll stood at at least 64, with the vast majority of those deaths occurring in the city of Agra, where so far 43 have been confirmed dead.According to Sanjay Kumar, the relief commissioner at the Uttar Pradesh state disaster management authority, the high casualty number is the result of people becoming trapped under falling debris.
