(AP) -- California's earthquake early warnings will be a standard feature on all Android phones, bypassing the need for users to download the state's MyShake app in order to receive alerts.The Governor's Office of Emergency Services worked with Google, the maker of Android, to build the quake alerts into all phones that run the operating system.The technology does not predict earthquakes. ROCHESTER, Indiana — The woman accused of crashing into four Indiana children as they crossed the street to get on a school bus pleaded not guilty Thursday morning, according to ABC 57 News in South Bend. The suspect, 24-year-old Alyssa Shepherd, had previously told police she saw the lights from the bus but didn't realize what it was until the kids were in front of her. She has been charged with three counts of reckless homicide and one count of disregarding the stop arms on a school bus causing injury. The crash happened Oct. 30, near the intersection of State Road 25 and CR 400 N in Fulton County.Police say Shepherd was driving a Toyota Tacoma on State Road 25 sometime after 7 a.m. when she allegedly "disregarded" the stop arm and lights on a stopped school bus in front of a mobile home park, striking four kids who were crossing the street to board the bus. Alivia Stahl, 9, and her twin brothers, Xzavier and Mason Ingle, 6, were all pronounced dead at the scene. A fourth child was also hit. (AP) — A pilot ejected moments before an F-16 fighter jet crashed Thursday into a warehouse just outside March Air Reserve Base in California, military officials said.The pilot was not hurt, and there were no immediate reports of injuries on the ground, said Maj. Perry Covington, director of public affairs at the base. The cause of the crash was under investigation.Interstate 215, which runs between the base and the warehouse, was closed in both directions, backing up rush-hour traffic for miles.Television news showed a large hole in the roof and sprinklers on inside the building about 65 miles east of Los Angeles.Cellphone photos and video from inside showed what appeared to be the tail of the plane buried in twisted metal and piles of cardboard boxes.Daniel Gallegos, a warehouse worker, said he's used to hearing the sound of planes coming and going, but the noise just before the crash was deafening."Next thing I know I just hear this explosion and turn around to the back of the building, and I just seen a burst of flames and just the ceiling started falling through every part of the building," he told KABC-TV . "I turned around, and my co-worker just told me to get, so I just made a run for it."Gallegos said he believed one of his co-workers was struck by something — possibly a falling fire sprinkler — but wasn't seriously hurt.The crash happened as the pilot was landing following a routine training mission, March Air Reserve Base Deputy Fire Chief Timothy Holliday said."The pilot was having hydraulic problems," Holliday said. (AP) — California's attorney general is accusing a car dealership of false advertising and lying on loan documents to boost the company's profits at the expense of its mostly low-income customers.Attorney General Xavier Becerra sued Paul Blanco's Good Car Company on Monday.Becerra said the company's prolific TV and radio ads would boast about 2% interest rates and approving people for loans over the phone. But Becerra said those were lies designed to lure customers to the dealership. Once people came, Becerra said the company would then lie about their incomes and the value of the vehicles to convince lenders to approve the loans.Representatives from the dealership did not respond to a request for comment.
