A Beach City, Ohio, woman was arrested for allegedly running an officer off the road while police were chasing her boyfriend.Angela Moseley, 43, is facing several charges, including felonious assault, complicity to failure to comply and obstruction of justice. She was picked up Thursday afternoon in Akron by the U.S. Marshals Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force.Police released body and dash camera video of the incident, which took place Sunday afternoon.According to Sgt. Nicholas Antonides, the video shows a gray Cadillac, driven by Moseley, swerve towards to the left just as Massillon Officer Anthony Crabtree starts to pass her Beach City. The officer briefly went off the road, but was able to maintain control."It was a brief thing. However, it was a big deal. It could have turned into something catastrophic," Antonides said. "It could have cost an officer's life. It could have cost her life."Officer don't believe the maneuver was an accident. At the time, officers were chasing Wayne Penick, 44, of Beach City. A 12-year veteran of the New York Police Department is accused of putting a hit on her ex-husband and a juvenile girl.A confidential source told the FBI that in February Valerie Cincinelli, 34, had asked him to hire a hitman to kill her estranged husband and the source's daughter, according to court documents.Cincinelli allegedly gave the source ,000 in cash to pay the hitman, and over the next few months they discussed how to kill the two and establish solid alibis, the documents said.Cincinelli allegedly told the source to make her husband's death look like a robbery and to run over the source's daughter -- a minor-- with a car.Authorities say she tracked the girl's whereabouts on social media and plotted how to arrange their deaths with the source until Friday, when she was told by a Suffolk County Police Department detective that her estranged husband had died and there would be an investigation. The Phoenix Police Department released video Wednesday of a frightening moment involving a red-light runner and a family crossing the street with a stroller.Police say the incident happened near 53rd Avenue and Indian School Road on October 14, around 10 p.m. Watch video of the incident in the player above.The family says Ulysses Betancourt, his wife Gabrielle and 1-year-old son Damian were on the way to the grocery store after riding the bus. Police say the driver who ran the red-light, 28-year-old Ernesto Otanez Oveso, was driving under the influence at the time. The driver with the right-of-way in the crash was injured, but the injuries were not life-threatening.After the crash, police say Oveso fled the scene along with a female passenger. Oveso allegedly told a witness that was following him to get away, and stabbed the car door of the witness. "He could've taken people's family members away, innocent people. Why would you do such a thing?" said Ulysses's sister, Abby Betancourt. "I'm so glad I'm going to see my brother. I love him and my sister-in-law." Oveso has been arrested and faces charges for DUI, aggravated assault and prohibited possession after a gun was found in his Jeep. The female passenger has not been located. 1263
