"China's fiscal package is modest compared to global peers," said Zhu Haibin, JPMorgan chief China economist. "The important difference is the composition of the fiscal package. China's fiscal package includes a higher share of stimulus component-fiscal support for investment activity that creates new jobs."

"China will continue to strengthen cooperation with developed countries," he said, adding that European countries, such as the United Kingdom, Austria, Denmark, France and Italy are actively engaged in Chinese science projects and development.

"Currently, we see a little bit of easing of monetary policy, but it is still in a neutral position, which fits the macroeconomic situation quite well," said Zhu.

"Cooperation under the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative may start with California," Zhang said.

"China's contribution to world economic growth has exceeded 30 percent over the past five years," Chen said. "Without China, there would have been no recovery of the world economy and there would have been no recovery in the US after the global economy was hit by the financial crisis of the century that started in the US in 2008."
