Special counsel Robert Mueller did not find Donald Trump's campaign or associates conspired with Russia, Attorney General William Barr said Sunday.Mueller's investigation of whether the President committed obstruction of justice did not conclude the President committed a crime, but it also "does not exonerate him," Barr quoted from Mueller's report. After nearly two years of being under the cloud of the Russia investigation, Trump's presidency is no longer directly under threat from the special counsel probe as the White House turns toward the 2020 campaign, although he still faces the specter of more legal and congressional action from the other investigations that remain ongoing.Trump and his allies charged that Mueller's report fully vindicated the President, while Democrats were already raising questions about Barr making the decision on obstruction, a signal that the fight and the fallout from Mueller's investigation is far from over.Mueller did not make the decision himself on whether to prosecute the President on obstruction. Barr and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein made the determination the evidence was "not sufficient" to support prosecution. The President went beyond the conclusions of Barr's letter, saying Sunday the findings were a "complete and total exoneration.""No Collusion, No Obstruction, Complete and Total EXONERATION. KEEP AMERICA GREAT!" 1399

SAVANNAH, Ga. – A Georgia reporter was groped on live television while reporting on a running event on Saturday. At the time of the incident, Alexandrea Bozarjian was covering the annual Enmarket Savannah Bridge Run, during which runners make their way across the Talmadge Bridge. In a video posted to social media, several runners are seen posturing for the camera, some getting so close that Bozarjian looked visually uncomfortable. One man ended up taking things too far, smacking the reporter’s backside while jogging past her. Immediately afterwards, Bozarjian appears to take a minute to collect herself and then continues her report. Later on Twitter, Bozarjian called out the groper, saying “To the man who smacked my butt on live TV this morning: You violated, objectified, and embarrassed me. No woman should EVER have to put up with this at work or anywhere!! Do better.”To the man who smacked my butt on live TV this morning: You violated, objectified, and embarrassed me. TAMPA, Fla. — While spring breakers head to beach communities, some Florida cities are enacting extra measures amid coronavirus concerns. In some areas of Fort Lauderdale, public beaches are closing daily at 4:30 p.m. and bars and restaurants must close before 10 p.m. Miami Beach reportedly enacted similar measures with an 11 p.m. curfew for bars and restaurants, as well as 4:30 p.m. beach closures, including on South Beach. Other states are closing bars and limiting restaurants to take-out only. Florida Governor Ron Desantis praised city leaders for the move and said he'd like to see other beach communities implement the same measures. "I think it’s important that these social distancing measures are implemented so that we are able to prevent infections from running completely out of hand," he said during a news conference Sunday. The concerns surrounding the virus didn't keep people away from Clearwater Beach over the weekend and on Monday, though. "I have auto immune diseases and I am a senior. But I really think as long as I’m very safe and I wash my hands constantly, I will be safe and my family will be safe," said Tricia Wood. Clearwater leaders met Monday to discuss the idea of adding curfews to the beach or closing the sand, but they did not come to a final decision. City leaders plan to discuss with county and state leaders and could make a final decision at Thursday's upcoming city council meeting. Meanwhile, the governor's office reported Visit Florida is re-evaluating tourism promotion messages and developing long term strategies to keep Florida in mind for potential future travelers. 1636
