WASHINGTON (AP) — The Supreme Court announced Monday that it will hear a dispute over a Philadelphia Catholic agency that won't place foster children with same-sex couples. The justices will review an appeals court ruling that upheld the city's decision to stop placing children with the Archdiocese of Philadelphia's agency because it would not permit same-sex couples to serve as foster parents. The appeals court ruled the city did not target the agency because of its religious beliefs but acted only to enforce its own nondiscrimination policy in the face of what seemed to be a clear violation. VOLUSIA COUNTY, Fla. — A motorcyclist in Florida was killed Sunday when their helmet was struck by lightning, according to Florida Highway Patrol. FHP says the 45-year-old man was traveling southbound on I-95 when it happened. An off-duty Virginia state trooper saw the lightning hit the man, according to FHP.The unidentified driver's helmet has burn marks and cracks on it, according to FHP. Walmart is joining the list of companies and individuals that are donating funds to fight the novel coronavirus.In a press release Tuesday night, Walmart said it was committing million to various organizations in an effort to slow the spread of the disease.While Walmart's press release did not provide specifics, the company said it would donate million to support food banks, school meal programs and organizations that provide access to food for the underserved population; million to "support local efforts" in the United States and around the world and million to help other countries fight the virus.Walmart's announcement came the same day that 679
