BEIJING, Nov. 4 (Xinhua) -- World-class talent in the field of film special effects will be fostered in China, under an agreement signed by two film companies from China and the United States on Sunday.
The Unified Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist) expressed solidarity with efforts made by the CPC for peace, stability and development both at home and abroad, the message said.
The two ministries also asked local governments to set aside subsidies equal to or above the central ones to help residents in areas struck by natural disasters.
However, frequent road accidents have shocked the nation as five traffic accidents occurred in two days from Jan. 31 to Feb. 1. About 60 people were killed in the incidents.
