PINELLAS PARK, Fla. — Pinellas Park Detectives have arrested a maintenance worker for video voyeurism after they say he placed video recording devices above the ceiling tiles inside women's restrooms.John Gibbs, 49, of Largo, was arrested on Thursday evening and charged with 14 counts of Video Voyeurism.Detectives say the investigation began on March 2 when Pinellas Park Police were called to an office building located at 12360 66th Street North to investigate a suspicious incident in one of the women's restrooms inside the building.  During the initial investigation, officers located two separate video recording devices above the ceiling tiles inside two different women's restrooms.  After conducting a search of the recording devices, detectives observed video images of multiple women and two men who had been recorded using the restroom.During the investigation, detectives were able to identify Gibbs from images captured on the recording device, as being a maintenance worker for the office building.  Over the last several days, detectives worked to identify victims on the videos.  So far, 14 different victims have been identified. However, several more victims remain unidentified, according to police.Detectives have notified the office building management of their findings. Police say that the office building management has since notified the 60 different small businesses inside the building where the common restrooms are located.Police say that they believe Gibbs had been recording such videos since the beginning of February 2018, before being discovered. The investigation is ongoing as detectives continue to identify other victims. PAGE, Ariz. – A man died Sunday after authorities say he fell off a cliff overlooking the Colorado River in Arizona.The National Park Service (NPS) says 25-year-old Orlando Serrano-Arzola of Phoenix fell at the Glen Canyon Dam Overlook around 9 a.m. The overlook is located in the Glen Canyon National Recreation Area near Page.Witnesses told NPS that the victim was taking pictures on top of the rim overlooking the river when he fell about 100 feet and then slid about 150 more feet.Serrano-Arzola suffered severe trauma and showed no signs of life after the fall, according to NPS.A Coconino County sheriff’s deputy rappelled to the victim at 9:27 a.m. and confirmed the victim was deceased. The body was then transported to a medical examiner’s office in Flagstaff for an autopsy.While recovering the body, NPS says officers discovered bones at the base of the overlook that have been determined to be human remains. Officials didn't provide further information about the bones.Serrano-Arzola’s death and the discovery of the remains are under investigation by the National Park Service, the Coconino County Sheriff’s Office, and the Coconino County Medical Examiner. 1179

(KGTV) - A Girl Scout troop fundraiser is ruffling a few feathers in Point Loma, over a name that some people think is too risque for the girls.Troop 4920 started the "Get Flocked" project this spring, offering to cover people's yards in plastic flamingos for a donation."We took our name from the "Got Milk" campaign," says Troop Leader Cam Bowman. "So we were like, hey, let's do "Got Flocked?" Then we turned it to the present tense, 'Get Flocked.' "Bowman says someone complained to the local Girl Scout council that the name sounds too much like a profanity. She was surprised when she learned of the complaint."You know, I think that happens with everything in life," she says. "We're always going to have controversy. We have controversy when we sell cookies!"For their part, the scouts say they don't think the name has anything to do with a dirty word. They're having too much fun planting flamingos to think about that."You get in and get out," says Scout Elyse Bonar. "You don't want people to see you. That's kind of the whole point, be like ninjas."The girls ask for a donation to "flock" somebody's yard within their Troop's zip code boundaries. They'll also remove the flamingos if requested.They're trying to raise money to attend the annual ceremony in San Francisco where thousands of Junior Scouts walk across the Golden Gate Bridge together as they get promoted to Cadet Scouts. It's a symbolic coming of age moment for the girls.Elyse says working to raise the money for the trip, even with a fun flamingo project, has taught her a valuable life lesson."It's taught me how if you want to get something, don't quit, keep going and try your hardest to get your goal," she says.The "Get Flocked" project is one of several that Troop 4920 do over the year. The money they raise from cookie sales goes to local charities. They're also collecting used markers to send to Crayola for recycling.As for the controversy over the name, Bowman says the Girl Scout leaders left it up to her and the Troop to decide what to do. They chose to keep the project going forward, with the same name."We have to put those decisions back on the girls," she says. "Money-earning projects are hard. Cookie sales are hard.
