SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- The fight over short-term rentals in San Diego is about to get even worse. Less than a week after the city council added new regulations to those rentals, Airbnb, and two other companies are fighting back. Airbnb is teaming up with Share San Diego and HomeAway to collect signatures for a referendum to put the issue on the ballot for voters to decide. The group has 30 days to collect roughly 35,000 signatures and crews are already on the ground gathering signatures. The three companies have already donated 0,000 for these efforts. If all of the signatures are collected, the issue would go on the 2020 ballot. Peck's back yard from a canyon. "The full mask is the scary part. Notice he has gloves," said Peck.In the video, the burglar discovers an unlocked door and enters a bedroom. More than 10 minutes later, he emerges with a briefcase. He drops it off before heading back inside. Not long after, the cameras show Peck wheeling in the trash can near the front of the home after returning home from running errands. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — The Navy has called off search and rescue efforts to find a Sailor from the USS Theodore Roosevelt who reportedly went overboard.Navy crews from the San Diego-based carrier and five other vessels ended the search at sunset on Saturday.
