The women, a Bucknell University professor and former assistant to Tyson according to the accounts, both claimed the astrophysicist made inappropriate sexual advances toward them.Tyson has not commented on the allegations against him, according to the Associated Press. In a statement to the AP, the producers of the television show "Cosmo" said: "The credo at the heart of 'Cosmos' is to follow the evidence wherever it leads. (KGTV) — Los Angeles police are searching for the person behind the fatal shooting of an off-duty officer early Saturday.An officer was flagged down just before 1 a.m. over reports of a shooting in the area of Avenue 26 at Humboldt St. in the Lincoln Heights area. The officer found two victims suffering from gunshot wounds, one of them identified as off-duty Los Angeles Police Department officer Juan José Diaz."It is with a heavy heart that we can confirm the off-duty LAPD Officer has passed away as a result of the shooting. The men then demanded Susini return a ,000 deposit but he refused.WABC reported the men then held Susini against his will in a hotel room. They demanded ransom from Susini’s business partners, who called police.The men turned themselves in at 4 a.m, according to WABC.Susini is a player in independent baseball leagues.
