A man walks into an Ohio Little Caesars, buys a pizza and walks back out to his car.Happens every day.What does not happen every day is the man driving away on only three tires and getting busted for an OVI. According to Canton police, Joshua Milkovich, 28, was missing a tire as he drove his car around on Sunday night. Police say they got several calls from concerned citizens who were worried he had gotten into accident.Police found him on the 1900 block of Mount Vernon, where his car broke down.He was charged with an OVI and taken to Stark County Jail.  598

A Pinckney, Mich. woman is recovering after she was bitten by a rattlesnake while walking in her yard.Laura Bowen says she was cleaning out her garage, carrying some rakes down a walkway between her home and garage. That's when she says she didn't see the rattlesnake on the ground in front of a garage door, but almost immediately felt a burning pain in her leg when it bit her."It was like a bee sting times 10," Bowen said of the bite. "It was instant fry." Bowen is slowly recovering from the incident, which happened noon on Aug. 20."Just kept telling myself don’t over react because it’s just probably a garden snake or something," she said. "I took a couple shutter steps and looked back and it was a huge snake."The bite happened so fast, and the excruciating pain was almost instant."It was like acid, burn, pain," Bowen said.She says she took a picture of the snake after the bite. Emergency responders immediately recognized it as an Eastern Massasauga Rattlesnake."That was the best thing that I did was to take that photo so they could identify it and know what they were treating," she said.Bowen spent four days in the hospital and received 10 vials of anti-venom. She still plays that day in her head over and over again, and is thankful everything is going to be ok."I think I’m going to buy some garden boots, the rubber ones that are clunky," Bowen said. "Definitely re-thinking my garden attire."She's currently using a cane to help her get around, and should be able to walk on her own again within a week.Bowen has two more doctors appointments just to make sure everything is healing well. 1700

A New York taxi kingpin and business partner of President Donald Trump's attorney Michael Cohen has agreed to cooperate with the government, The New York Times reported Tuesday.The Times said the agreement for Evegny "Gene" Freidman would allow him to avoid jail time and would have him work with prosecutors in both the state and federal investigations.Word of the Freidman agreement came just days after news broke that Jeffrey Yohai, the son-in-law of former Trump campaign chief Paul Manafort, had reached a plea agreement.Freidman, known as New York's "Taxi King," was indicted on state charges last year by then-New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman, who alleged Freidman and others failed to pay million in MTA surcharges between 2012 and 2015.Freidman's agreement, given his ties to Cohen as a business partner, may put still more pressure on the Trump associate and attorney, who faced federal raids in April before the Justice Department announced it had been conducting a months-long investigation into him.CNN previously reported the FBI searches included a request for documents related to Cohen's ownership of taxi medallions and sought informationabout taxi owners who had financial dealings with Cohen.Cohen's role as Trump's personal attorney has come under increasing scrutiny, due in large part to the payment he conceded facilitating to the adult film star Stormy Daniels. A New York judge dismissed count 6 of Harvey Weinstein's criminal indictment Thursday, which was a criminal sexual act in the first degree.The count stems from charges brought forth against the disgraced movie producer in May by Manhattan District Attorney's Office.A source familiar with the investigation told CNN at the time that the criminal sex act charge was from a case involving aspiring actress Lucia Evans, who alleged Weinstein forced her to perform oral sex on him in his Tribeca office in 2004. She first spoke out about the alleged incident to Ronan Farrow in the New Yorker last fall.Carrie Goldberg, an attorney for Evans, spoke to reporters outside the court in lower Manhattan following the dismissal, and said the prosecution "jumped ship" and "ultimately she was caught between the middle of a feud between the NYPD and the DA's office."Goldberg added that despite District Attorney Cy Vance not opposing a motion to dismiss the charges against Weinstein, her client's claims remain and this "does speak to a system desperate in need of reform.""People always ask why don't sexual assault survivors come forward, this is why.
