(KGTV) — La Mesa Police are looking into a harassment claims after a disturbing video captured outside a local business circulated online.Police said they were aware of reports regarding Peter's Men Apparel, a local men's clothing retailer on La Mesa Blvd. Police told 10News they've received at least two crime reports — one for battery and one for lewd act in public — in regards to separate incidents at the store on Saturday, Jan. 18.The video that sparked outrage appeared to show a man sitting outside the store with his hands up a woman's shirt, according to the original post's caption. 618

LAKESIDE, Calif. (KGTV) -- A 16-year-old died following a solo-vehicle crash in Lakeside late Saturday night. According to California Highway Patrol, the crash happened on Willow Road around 10:45 p.m. Saturday. CHP says the vehicle appears to have been traveling at “a high rate of speed” when the driver lost control, veered off the road and hit a large tree. Three passengers in the vehicle also received injuries ranging from moderate to major. Monday night, friends confirmed with 10News that a second teen, with major injuries, was taken of life support and his organs were donated to help save other lives. Friends identified the teens as Justin Kyte and Isaac Culkin, both 16-years-old.According to CHP, the right front passenger, a 16-year-old boy, was taken to the hospital with major injuries. LEMON GROVE, Calif. (KGTV) - A man died after being shot by deputies inside a Lemon Grove Del Taco Saturday night, according to the San Diego County Sheriff's Department. The shooting happened just after 8:30 p.m. on the 7000 block of Broadway. Deputies were called to the restaurant after a man reported that a suspect pointed a gun at his family while they were inside the restaurant. When deputies arrived, the suspect pulled out a handgun before being shot by deputies. The man was taken to the hospital where he later died. According to the department, all three deputies fired their weapons. None of the deputies were injured.
