Hillsborough County (Florida) Sheriff's Office has released video record on May 30 that shows hundreds of looters breaking into a Tampa Walmart.Deputies are asking for the public's help to find some of the suspects who they say stole more than 0,000 in merchandise.It happened on Saturday, May 30, 2020, at 9:10 p.m. Authorities say a crowd gathered in front of a Walmart in Tampa. The store was closed due to the protests occurring outside the University Mall.People wielding blunt objects, like hammers, broke the glass entrance doors and stormed into the store.After reviewing surveillance video, detectives believe about 200 people entered the store and most began looting the electronics section. An estimated 6,000 in merchandise and damages was reported."Not only is this violence completely unacceptable, it was disrespectful to the protesters who were out there that night trying to express their message in an impactful way," said Sheriff Chad Chronister. GLOBE, Arizona — Police are investigating a shooting at a Globe, Arizona bar Sunday night that left two people dead.The shooting occurred at the Jammerz bar around 11:30 p.m. local time; police say a lone gunman walked in and opened fire. Four people were shot during the incident, and two of those people were killed. There is no word on the condition of the surviving two victims.One person of interest was taken into custody. Authorities said they are confident the person in custody is the suspect. It appears to be a random act of violence, according to information from police. HACKENSACK, N.J. — A New Jersey woman has been arrested for allegedly assaulting a woman who told her to wear a mask in a Staples office supplies store, according to police.The incident took place on July 29 at a Staples store in Hackensack. A woman who was using the fax/copier told Terri Thomas — who was wearing a mask over her chin — to adjust the mask, so it covered her mouth and nose.Thomas yelled at the woman and threw her to the ground, police said. It was later discovered that the victim had recently undergone liver transplant surgery.The victim suffered a fractured left tibia, which required surgery. (AP) — A man serving a life sentence in the death of his estranged wife led authorities to where he buried her body in Michigan eight years ago in exchange for an Xbox, according to authorities.Doug Stewart, 29, will also be allowed to participate in some prison programs, the Sturgis Journal reported.On Monday, he took detectives to a wooded area in Kalamazoo County where he had buried Venus Stewart, 32. He'd left two stumps at the site as a landmark."I knew I couldn't forget where she was," he told WWMT-TV.Doug Stewart was living in Virginia when his estranged wife disappeared in April 2010 from her parents' home in Michigan. Venus Stewart had moved after accusing her husband of domestic violence and molesting their daughter, according to police reports.Doug Stewart was convicted of first-degree murder in 2011, based largely on the testimony of Ricky Spencer. Spencer told authorities that he had been persuaded to impersonate Doug Stewart while the man drove to Michigan.Authorities have been visiting with Stewart annually since his sentencing to try and get information about the body's location."The criminal portion has been closed. We just kept at it to help find closure for Venus' family," said Michigan State Police Detective Sgt. Todd Peterson.Stewart had long maintained that he hadn't been involved in the killing, but said things changed when his sister began to reconcile with his wife's family.
