The New York bank announced the succession Thursday. Fraser is currently head of Citi's global consumer banking division, a major part of the bank that oversees checking and savings accounts but also Citi's massive credit card business. NEW ORLEANS (AP) — A federal judge says Louisiana must reinstate coronavirus pandemic voting plans used for summer elections rather than using a more restrictive plan approved by the Legislature. U.S. District Chief Judge Shelly Dick says the state must allow mail voting for people with conditions that make COVID-19 more dangerous, and their caretakers. She also ordered the expansion of early voting from seven days to 10 in November, but not in December. During his monthly call-in radio show, Gov. New Zealand’s government has extended a lockdown of its largest city Auckland for another 12 days as it tries to stamp out its first domestic coronavirus outbreak in more than three months. The outbreak has grown to 30 people and extended beyond Auckland for the first time. Until the cluster was discovered Tuesday, New Zealand had gone 102 days without infections spreading in the community, with the only known cases travelers quarantined after arriving from abroad. Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern says extending the lockdown will give health authorities time to get a handle on the cluster and isolate those infected.According to Johns Hopkins University data, New Zealand has had 1,600 confirmed COVID-19 cases, the vast majority coming in March. NEW YORK (AP) — Nearly six months after the coronavirus forced its closure, the 9/11 Memorial Museum will be reopening on the anniversary of the terrorist attacks next month. The memorial plaza had been open to the public with social distancing restrictions since early July, but the museum remained closed as did other cultural institutions. The anniversary day re-opening will be reserved for families of those killed in the 2001 attack and the 1993 World Trade Center attack. The public will be able to visit starting Sept. 12. Pandemic restrictions will be in effect, such as a limit of 25% of capacity, and a requirement to wear masks. 648

NORMAL HEIGHTS (KGTV) - A dog died in an apartment fire in Normal Heights on Sunday afternoon.The fire started around 4:12 p.m. at 3546 Monroe Avenue. Officials say the owner had multiple dogs living in the unit, but only one was killed. No other injuries were reported.The fire was extinguished in less than 10 minutes. It started as a couch fire, caused by a faulty extension cord, officials said. 408
