More than 10,000 pounds of chicken is being recalled due to possible contamination by "foreign materials," specifically metal.  Empire Kosher Poultry Inc. says the raw chicken breasts were packaged on November 2 and have the number "P-1015" in the USDA inspection mark. MIRAMAR, Calif. (KGTV) - Two young boys died Friday night after their mother crashed into a semi-trailer on the side of the I-15 freeway. Israel and Adrian Lemus were heading home with their mother when she swerved into the shoulder near Miramar Road and collided with the back of the trailer. The mother was taken to the hospital with broken bones and a brain bleed. Family says she is stable but has been in and out of consciousness. The family had been heading back from Menifee where they were celebrating Israel’s birthday. He was going to turn 11 on Saturday. “They were very happy in the last moments,” said Lidia Lemus, their cousin, who was at the party. “It’s very surreal right now,” she said. “They had their whole lives ahead of them.” The family says the mother was not under the influence when she left the party. MONROE COUNTY, Penn. -- Punxsutawney Phil is a wanted mammal, and Pennsylvania law enforcement officials allege his crime is "deception."On Groundhog Day, Phil saw his shadow, declaring to the world there’d be six more weeks of winter.The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office issue is simple, according to the wanted poster posted on Facebook: It's been more than six weeks since his prediction, and snow's still falling.Phil said winter would be over by March 16, but by the second day of spring, the county was in the middle of “yet another snowstorm.”For those on the lookout, Phil is a 22-inch-long male, weighing around 20 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. NATIONAL CITY, Calif. (KGTV) -- Thursday afternoon, police chased a suspect through San Diego County they say stole a vehicle from National City. During the pursuit, police used spikes, which shredded tires on the truck. After the truck came to a stop in Encanto, police could be seen shooting pepper balls into the truck. The suspect emerged from the vehicle a few moments later when a police K9 could be seen attacking the suspect before he was placed in handcuffs and taken into custody. Police say a Pit Bull was found in the back seat of the truck. At this time, authorities say it's unclear whether the dog belongs to the suspect or the person the truck was stolen from. 10News was live throughout the chase.
