According to the agency, 1204 people were arrested for DUI this Fourth of July. In 2018, 389 people were arrested. The number of DUI-related deaths also saw an increase. This year, 24 people died in DUI-related incidents compared to 17 in 2018. In San Diego County, 81 people were arrested over the July 4 holiday. (KGTV) — A woman was charged with lying to federal agents after she was able to sneak past security at Mar-a-Lago with a thumb drive containing "malicious malware" last weekend, according to a Florida criminal complaint.Yujing Zhang, 32, lied to Secret Service agents and made it deep in President Trump's Florida property before it was discovered that she was not on the property's access list, according to ABC News.She was caught with two Taiwanese passports, four cellphones, and a thumb drive containing the malicious malware, the complaint says.Zhang reportedly told agents she was asked by a Chinese friend to try and discuss foreign policy with a Trump family member, ABC News reported. The president was not at the club during the incident.Zhang has also been charged with entering restricted grounds.An investigation by the Secret Service is ongoing.ABC News contributed to this report. 905

(KGTV) - Federal investigators are asking for possible victims of a convicted child predator and retired Vista school district high school teacher to come forward. Tay Cooper, 67, pleaded guilty in 2018 to possessing child pornography. He was sentenced to one year in federal prison and seven years of supervised release. The judge ordered Cooper to pay ,000 in restitution to the four victims identified in the images and videos. Last September, Homeland Security Investigations agents received information from a potential victim who accused Cooper of sexual abuse. I don’t know if that’s going to be the case here with Mr. Cooper but we have to do our due diligence to find that out," said Cher Durst, HSI Assistant Special Agent in Charge.Investigators worry there could be more victims due to Cooper's extensive teaching career, which includes 20 years at Rancho Buena Vista High School. Also of concern was that Cooper was a beloved teacher, winning Teacher of the Year two years in a row while in Los Angeles County. "He chaperoned trips, he initiated clubs, things of that nature in the school, which gave him really unlimited access to children in those school districts," said Durst.
