Carnival Cruise Lines announced Wednesday that it had canceled most cruises that were scheduled to embark from U.S. through the end of January 2021.In addition, the company announced that all cruises embarking from Baltimore; Charleston, South Carolina; Long Beach, California; Mobile, Alabama; New Orleans and San Diego has been canceled through the end of February and that all cruises on the Carnival Legend that embark from Tampa, Florida had been canceled through March 28.In a tweet, Carnival said that when it restarts operations in 2021, it will focus on cruises embarking from Miami and Port Canaveral, Florida. CARLSBAD, Calif. (KGTV) -- People took to social media New Year's Eve after a funnel cloud was spotted over Carlsbad. According to the National Weather Service, several reports of funnel clouds were reported along the coast Monday. The organization's Twitter account shared video of the funnel cloud. Throughout the video, the cloud can be seen forming before dissipating. CAMP PENDLETON (KGTV) - Camp Pendleton marines preparing to deploy are leaving behind a piece of themselves for their children.Thanks to the American Red Cross Hug-a-Hero program the kids will have a doll of their parents to provide comfort during the long months. The dolls have a special message and a pocket for an audio recording. The Red Cross says the program is possible thanks to community donations.
