VISTA (CNS) - Ex-NFL tight end Kellen Winslow II, who is awaiting trial on charges of raping two women in Encinitas and raping an unconscious teenage girl, is being held without bail on newly filed misdemeanor charges related to alleged lewd conduct with a 77-year-old woman at a Carlsbad gym.Winslow, who had been out of custody on million bail in connection with his felony case, is accused of touching himself and asking the woman if she liked it on Feb. 13, then groping her while she was in a hot tub at the same gym on Feb. 22, according to police and prosecutors.The 35-year-old son of former San Diego Chargers legend Kellen Winslow, who's being held at the Vista Detention Facility, pleaded not guilty Monday to a pair of lewd conduct counts and one count each of elder abuse and battery of an elder.He faces life in prison if convicted in the felony case, which involves allegations that he raped a 17-year-old girl in 2003 at a home in Scripps Ranch; lured a 54-year-old transient -- who was hitchhiking -- into his Hummer for a ride, then raped her on March 17, 2018; and that he raped a 59- year-old homeless woman on May 13, 2018, then threatened to kill her if she told anyone.He appeared in a Vista courtroom today on a defense motion to dismiss the felony complaint, in which he's charged with kidnapping, forcible rape and rape of an unconscious person. A judge denied the request with the exception of one kidnapping count, finding insufficient evidence that the victim was transported under force or fear prior to the alleged rape.Deputy District Attorney Dan Owens said that he will seek to have the misdemeanor counts consolidated into the main case during Winslow's next court hearing on March 29.Winslow II grew up in San Diego and attended the University of Miami. WARNING: This story contains content that is graphic in nature.LAND O' LAKES, Fla. -- A Pasco County, Florida deputy has been fired after he was arrested for touching a woman against her will and placing semen on her. Joseph Mercado, 25, has been charged with battery. The Pasco County Sheriff's Office has confirmed Mercado was terminated after he was arrested on February 28. Mercado and the victim were "NOT involved in an ongoing dating relationship at the time of this incident," according to the arrest affidavit.On February 15, 2018, while Mercado was off-duty, he arrived at the victim's home and told the victim they needed to discuss a "serious incident" that he witnessed. The victim met Mercado outside in the driveway and repeatedly asked him to leave. According to arrest documents, Mercado masturbated in front of the woman. She repeatedly told him to leave. Mercado then used his finger to place semen on the victim's breast, above the neckline of her shirt and then attempted to place it on the victim's lips, prior to her pulling away, according to the arrest affidavit. The victim continued to ask Mercado to leave and she went into her home until he left the property.Mercado was arrested on February 28th without incident.The Sheriff released a statement about the incident: "The Pasco Sheriff's Office ensures discipline is paramount in our organization. VISTA, Calif. (KGTV) — San Diego Sheriff's Department is asking for help locating a missing man in the North County.Deonicio Sebastian, 67, was last seen Monday at his home on W. Indian Rock Rd. in Vista. SDSO says Sebastian left his home on foot sometime Monday, taking his wallet but leaving his cellphone.Sebastian's family has not had any contact with him since.He's described as a Hispanic man, about 5-foot 4-inches tall, and weighing about 200 pounds. He has a receding hairline and dark brown complexion. His family also says he cannot read or write.Sebastian walks with a limp and requires medication every six hours for health issues, including diabetes, high blood pressure, and asthma. He also has a pacemaker.SDSO said Sebastian commonly walks, or rides the bus or train to various places to run errands, buy food, and go to medical appointments. WASHINGTON (AP) — Congress has shipped a temporary government-wide funding bill to President Donald Trump, averting a government shutdown at midnight.The funding extension gives negotiators time to continue working toward agreement on new COVID-19 relief aid.The extension sets a new shutdown deadline of midnight next Friday. Walmart will roll out a new website next month.The nation's largest retailer announced Tuesday that its redesigned site will offer more personalization, include more vibrant colors and a cleaner design, and feature "relatable photography that showcases real-life moments."The homepage will include a new section that showcases top-selling items in a customer's location. It will also offer specialty shopping experiences, such as the Lord & Taylor flagship online store which is launching this spring.
