BARRON COUNTY, Wis. - CNN has obtained the dispatch log for the 911 call placed from the home of missing teen Jayme Closs’s parents, James Closs, 56, and Denise Closs, 46, in Barron County, Wisconsin.During a 911 call shortly before 1 a.m. Monday, the dispatcher heard a disturbance in the background. No one spoke directly to the dispatcher. The log indicates the call was made from Denise Closs’s cell phone.  The family dog was still at the house when sheriff’s deputies arrived and has since been taken to a family members house, the log states.Deputies arrived at the home less than four minutes after the call was placed, no one was in sight and no vehicles were in the immediate area, the sheriff said.Full dispatch log below from the Barron County Sheriff’s Office:RECEIVED A 911 CALL FROM 715-XXX-XXXX AND COULD HEAR A LOT OF YELLING. Bonsall, Calif.,- Many horses and their owners are returning home to San Luis Rey Training Center, after the Lilac Fire devastated their homes. Chomping away at her breakfast is 6 year-old thoroughbred, Miss Napper Tandy.She is a sweet, race horse, who is also a survivor. “I smelled the smoke, and knew there could be trouble,” owner, Sam Nichols said, while recalling the troubling moments that changed their lives.Last December’s Lilac Fire burned 4,100 acres of North County, destroying 157 structures.One of them was their home— the stables at San Luis Rey Training Center in Bonsall.Miss Napper Tandy managed to get away from the flames, but found herself in a small pen with six other horses.In the chaos, she was badly injured.“She had been kicked pretty bad in the leg,” Nichols said.For a race horse, it was devastating. But thanks to donations and community support, she and dozens of her stable mates found a temporary home at the Del Mar Fairgrounds.“I rehabbed her here, I started working her here,” Nichols said.It worked. In her first race since the fire and her injury, Miss Napper Tandy took first.Adding to her title of “survivor,” she became a first-time “winner.”“It toughened her up, it made her more of a fighter. She’s always been a fighter, but she came through it pretty well,” Nichols said proudly.But five months after the devastation, temporary stables are now being opened up at San Luis Rey.Many riders and their horses are moving back.Miss Napper Tandy’s stay in Del Mar will soon come to a close.“It’s bittersweet going back. It’s been great for us and the horses. (KGTV) — Big Bear's most popular bird is expecting another baby, as the area's nesting bald eagle laid her second egg last week.The female eagle has been nesting an egg since last Wednesday before a second one arrived last week, according to ABC-affiliate KABC.A camera installed by the group Friends of Big Bear Valley has kept interested bird watchers in the know: live streaming the eagle as it waits for its eggs to hatch.So when can viewers expect to see the new babies? BARRIO LOGAN, Calif. (KGTV) -- Business owners in Barrio Logan are unhappy with the San Diego City Council's decision to fund the three temporary homeless tents opening on December 1st. The council voted 8-1 on Tuesday in favor of the funding. Council-member Alvarez was the only one to vote no, saying the city missed a chance to really solve the problem. The owners of Ryan Bros Coffee say their shop already deals with homeless on a regular basis. Their shop is less than half a mile away from one of the tents schedule to go up on 16th and Newton. Co-owner Tom Ryan says they’ve had people overdose in the bathroom or collapse, sick on the ground inside the store. Ryan’s staff is getting ready to see the number of homeless go up during the winter. The other two tents are in the Midway District and the East Village.  856
