(KGTV) -- A small plane believed to be heading to San Diego crashed in southwest Las Vegas Thursday morning.KTNV, ABC 10News' Scripps sister station in Las Vegas, reported the Clark County Fire Department and Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department responded to reports of a small plane going down at around 9:30 a.m. local time near Raven Avenue and Hinson Street, several miles southwest of the Las Vegas Strip.The plane burst into flames following the crash.The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) told KTNV there were two people in the twin-engine Cessna 310 at the time of the crash. KTVN, citing the Clark County Fire Department (CCFD), reported the two unidentified occupants died.An FAA official told ABC 10News the plane departed North Las Vegas Airport and its end destination was listed as Gillespie Field in San Diego. The plane had reportedly taken off from the North Las Vegas airport at 9:29 a.m. and crashed at 9:38 a.m.CCFD said witnesses reported the plane flying low before hearing a crash after it disappeared from sight.Bruce Langston, who was nearby at the time of the crash, described hearing an "awful" sound and a giant "fireball" when the plane struck the wall of a construction site.The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) and FAA are investigating the incident. (CNN) -- House Republicans on Saturday submitted a list of witnesses they'd like to testify as part of the chamber's impeachment inquiry into President Donald Trump and Ukraine.In a letter to House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff, Republicans listed the anonymous whistleblower, former Vice President Joe Biden's son Hunter Biden, former US special envoy for Ukraine Kurt Volker, high-raking State Department official David Hale and Tim Morrison, the top Russia and Europe adviser on the National Security Council. Saturday marked Republicans' deadline to submit the request.The GOP also requested Nellie Ohr, a former Fusion GPS contractor, and Alexandra Chalupa, a former Democratic National Committee staffer, signaling that Republicans still want to focus on unsubstantiated claims related to the 2016 presidential campaign.Democrats must approve any requests submitted by Republicans and they are expected to reject the requests for Hunter Biden and the whistleblower to appear.CNN has reached out to attorneys for the whistleblower and Hunter Biden for comment.In the letter, California Rep. The platform promises to deliver gamers instant access to games on TV, mobile devices, or desktop computers in resolutions up to 4K and 60 frames per second."When players use Stadia, they'll be able to access their games at all times, and on virtually any screen," the company said in a release. "And developers will have access to nearly unlimited resources to create the games they’ve always dreamed of."RELATED: Video games are now a legitimate high school sportIn a contrast to many video game consoles and PCs, Google says Stadia won't require any downloads, updates, patches or installs for its content.Stadia also comes with its own controller, supported through WiFi.
