(KGTV) - A nun died in court Friday during a proceeding related to the legal battle against the Los Angeles Archdiocese and singer Katy Perry.Sister Catherine Rosse Holzman, 89, died in court during the proceeding related to the sale of a Los Feliz property, according to ABC-affiliate KABC.Holzman was part of an order of nuns known as The Sisters of the Most Holy and Immaculate Heart of the Blessed Virgin Mary. This led to the court battle over whether Hollister, who offered million for the property, was a suitable buyer as opposed to Perry, who offered .5 million.Perry's offer has the approval of Los Angeles' archbishop but has yet to gain approval by the Vatican.A judge ruled in favor of Perry in 2016, saying the archdiocese has to first authorize any sale, and the nuns didn't have his permission before entering into the agreement with Hollister. 1260

(KGTV) - A man in a stolen truck led Oklahoma City Police officers on a chase Friday that ended in a rural area.The pursuit started on Interstate 240 in southwest Oklahoma City and continued into Moore, OK, according to KOCO.The truck lost its trailer while going through a field.At one point, another vehicle pulled alongside the truck and a man raised a gun toward the truck.The truck’s driver also stopped to pull a large crate out of the truck bed.10News is monitoring developments in this story. 508

(KGTV) - Did a recent scientific study involve attaching 3D glasses to fish?Yes!Researchers at the University of Minnesota put the glasses on the faces of cuttlefish and then played video of their prey in 3D.Sure enough, the mollusks were fooled by the effect and reached out for the prey with their tentacles.The study shows that cuttlefish's eyes have well developed depth perception. In fact, one scientist says it may be better than humans.We're told the glue used to attach the glasses to the cuttlefish wore off after a few days. 543
