Users reported brief outages Monday morning with several Google-owned web services like Gmail and YouTube.According to Down Detector, a crowdsourced website where users report an outage of websites and other telecommunications issues, there was a spike in outages on several Google productivity clients like Gmail, Google Hangouts, Google Classroom and Google Drive at about 7 a.m. ET on Monday morning.As of about 7:45 a.m. ET, it appeared that many of those services had been restored.The issues with Google productivity tools came at a time when millions are relying on them to work or attend class remotely as the country continues to deal with the COVID-19 pandemic.Users reported that YouTube, which is owned by Google, also experienced an outage, as well as other YouTube services like YouTube TV and YouTube Music.It's currently unclear what caused the outages.This story is breaking and will be updated. 920

Two gun shops in Southwest Florida are offering free gun training for teachers in response to the Parkland shooting.A free class at North Fort Myers Guns is designed to educate teachers about guns so they can protect themselves and others.A new state law allows schools districts the option to arm teachers under certain conditions.  They would be required to go through 144 hours of training and an evaluation process with law enforcement.Robert Lewis, the owner of North Fort Myers Guns, said the training he is offering will give teachers a jump start on how to use a gun.Lewis said it's a two-hour class where teachers can learn the basics and then they will go to a local gun range a few days later to practice firing a gun."My trainer takes you out to his private range in North Fort Myers. You will shoot any number of weapons you want. He makes it a true learning experience," Lewis said.The training is normally , but Lewis said he's offering it for free for teachers because he believes arming teachers will help protect kids in school.Two teachers have already signed up for Tuesday's training class. Lewis said depending on how many teachers sign up, he will hold a class at least once a month.Fowler Firearms in Ft. Myers, Florida is offering a similar service.After receiving a local donation, the manager John Dezendorf is offering the first five local certified teachers who sign up a brand new firearm and free platinum memberships.The membership includes free range time and gun rentals for a year.Dezendorf said whether the teachers are required to train through the state or county, his training services will give them the extra practice they need."The number one thing is to keep children safe and the only things to keep kids safe is to have people around them that are able to protect them. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- San Diego County sheriff’s officials are asking for the public’s help in locating a young woman who has not been seen since early May.Sheriff’s Department officials said 19-year-old Christalyne Suyat was last seen on May 7. She was reported missing by her family on May 14, officials stated.Suyat is believed to be staying in the areas between Spring Valley and Chula Vista, and sheriff’s officials noted that “there is also a possibility she is in the hospital” but investigators said that has not been confirmed.Suyat is described by sheriff's officials as Hispanic with brown eyes and brown hair, and she has a distinct mole on her left cheek. She is 5 feet tall and weighs 170 pounds.According to officials, Suyat has a rose tattoo on her right hand and a Roman numeral tattoo on her left forearm.Anyone with information on Suyat’s whereabouts is urged to call the sheriff’s department at 858-565-5200. 1245

Twitter has flagged President Donald Trump’s Monday evening tweet for being “misleading” after the president said a recent Supreme Court decision regarding tomorrow’s election will “induce violence.”Trump’s tweet said, “The Supreme Court decision on voting in Pennsylvania is a VERY dangerous one. It will allow rampant and unchecked cheating and will undermine our entire systems of laws. It will also induce violence in the streets.
