SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — A fan was removed from Petco Park Wednesday, after using "foul language" toward a player.As the San Diego Padres took on the Arizona Diamondbacks, the unnamed fan berated a player on the field. The CHP issued an endangered missing advisory for an at-risk missing 3-year-old shortly after the alleged abduction. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- A 47-year-old man accused of sexually assaulting a woman and threatening to use a Taser on her was arrested Saturday. Police say Phillip Terrell McLeod, 47, was arrested around 4:30 p.m. Saturday on the 100 block of Euclid Avenue. According to police, McLeod drove alongside a 27-year-old woman on the 3900 block of Delta Street Thursday morning. Police say he then forced the woman into his truck and drove to an area near 39th Street and Broadway where he sexually assaulted her. McLeod then drove to an area near 32nd Street and National Avenue and let the woman go after she pleaded with him. McLeod was booked into jail on charges including kidnapping, sexual assault and resisting arrest. McLeod’s arraignment is scheduled January 3. 976

SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — A family of five was displaced after a fire erupted in their City Heights kitchen Tuesday.The fire began in the kitchen of a home in the 3700 block of 41st St. According to San Diego Fire-Rescue Capt. Juan Flores, the fire appeared to begin accidentally in the cooking area as food was being prepared.Six units responded, keeping the fire isolated to the kitchen of the residence, Flores added.The family, two adults and three children, were displaced by the fire. The Red Cross is currently helping them.No other units on the property were damaged. 576
