Jamie Davis, a spokesman for the Department of Defense, told CNN that the El Paso sector contract would include the construction of "30-foot bollard fencing and a five-foot anti-climb plate," and that the Yuma Sector project will feature "18-foot bollard fencing and a five-foot anti-climb plate."A spokesperson for the Army Corps of Engineers told CNN last month that the plan was to install 46 miles at El Paso and 11 miles of fencing at Yuma. The CDC advises that consumers not purchase those products if the provider uses Almark eggs or the provider does not know from where the eggs come.The CDC clarified that the Listeria outbreak was only limited to mass-produced eggs provided to food service providers, and the warning does not include Almark hard-boiled eggs that were sold directly in stores or other hard-boiled eggs sold in stores and restaurants.Symptoms of listeria incluide headache, stiff neck, confusion, loss of balance, and convulsions in addition to fever and muscle aches. Symptoms can present themselves between one and four weeks after consuming food tainted with the bacteria. The NCAA said on Monday that it has approved rules that allows conferences and universities to extend an additional year of eligibility for athletes whose season were cut short due to the spread of COVID-19. Earlier this month, the NCAA announced the cancellation of all spring and remaining winter championships. While most winter sports were just getting into postseason play, spring sports, such as baseball and softball, were just getting underway. Generally, the NCAA allows athletes four years that can be used over a five-year span. The ruling will allow athletes for spring sports to complete their four years of eligibility over six years. Teams will also be permitted to extend additional athletic scholarships to athletes to accommodate players opting to take advantage of an extra year of eligibility. Despite calls to also extend a year of eligibility for college basketball players, the NCAA opted not to add eligibility for those athletes.
