(CNN) -- A stowaway fell from a plane flying over London and dropped into a residential garden on Sunday, just feet from a sunbathing man, according to reports.The body was traced to the undercarriage of Kenya Airways flight KQ 100 that left from Nairobi's Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, Kenya Airports Authority said in a statement Tuesday, adding that it is investigating the incident.London's Metropolitan Police said Monday that the victim appeared to have fallen from the landing gear compartment as the plane approached London's Heathrow Airport.One neighbor described hearing a "whomp" as the body hit the ground, the UK's Press Association (PA) news agency reported."He had all of his clothes on and everything. (CNN) - A San Jose home was a scene of carnage after an apparent quadruple homicide and suicide, police said.Officers responded to multiple reports of shots fired at the home around 8:40 p.m. Sunday night."Arriving officers located several family members fleeing the residence," San Jose police said.Police used an armored vehicle to help rescue two gunshot victims from the home. But both of those victims, a male and a female, died shortly later."Two other adult female victims and the suspect were still unaccounted for and believed to be in the residence," police said.At around 1:25 a.m. Monday, officers entered the home and found the two missing female victims and the suspect. All three had been shot, and all three were pronounced dead at the scene.The names of the victims and suspect have not been released, pending notification of relatives. Authorities have not detailed the relationships between the five people."It appears the suspect shot the four victims before committing suicide by shooting himself," police said. IMPERIAL BEACH, Calif. (KGTV) - A plan to build hotel rooms and apartments in Imperial Beach is one step closer to happening. The Design Review Board unanimously decided to move the plan to city council Thursday. The development is planned for an empty lot on 550 Highway 75. It will be a four-story development with 51 hotel rooms and 47 apartments. Developers say there’s a need for hotel rooms in the area. “There are less than a hundred units of hotel rooms in IB now,” said David Brienza, the developer with the Blue Wave Project, “IB needs a hotel community.” People living in the area raised concerns about impacts to the area, like noise and traffic. The design review board asked developers for look for ways to mitigate those concerns. If the plan gets the city council’s approval, developers say they could start construction by mid to late summer. 875
