A Las Vegas woman who has been charged with murder in regards to an incident in which an elderly man was pushed off a public bus has been released on bail.Cadesha Bishop, 25, was released from jail on 0,000 bond on Wednesday. She's due back in court on May 23.Bishop was charged with murder earlier this week following the death of Serge Fournier. The 74 year old man died earlier this month after he was pushed off a public bus in Las Vegas on March 21.Fournier initially refused medical treatment but went to the hospital later that day. On May 3, police were notified that the man had died from his injuries. The coroner ruled his death was a result of the injuries he received from being pushed.Homicide detectives later determined that Fournier had died from injuries sustained after being pushed. 818

A couple from New York is suing a fertility clinic after a woman gave birth to other couples' babies because of an IVF mixup, according to a federal lawsuit filed in US District Court.The mother, who is Asian, gave birth to two non-Asian babies, and each child was a genetic match to a different couple that was also a client at the fertility clinic, the lawsuit states. The Asian couple was then forced to give up the babies to their true genetic parents.The couple, identified only as A.P. and Y.Z., live in Flushing, New York, and were married in 2012. (CNN) — Five elephants and a 3-year-old calf died at a waterfall in Thailand during what authorities believe was an attempt by the adults to save the young one.The incident happened Saturday at the Haew Narok waterfall at the Khao Yai National Park.Two surviving elephants were trapped at the waterfall for hours before national park officials saved them, and fed them pineapples, bananas and sugar cane covered in supplements.Authorities were notified that elephants were crying out from the waterfall and when they arrived, they discovered the body of the calf, said Khanchit Srinoppawan, chief of the Khao Yai National Park. The five dead adult elephants were found in another part of the waterfall.The waterfall is closed to the public following the incident. 775
