BUFFALO, N.Y. — Hours before a 3-year-old boy was found sleeping alone on a porch in Buffalo, New York, the rental car that his parents were driving was burned and human remains were found inside, police said.The parents of the boy, 24-year-old Nicole Merced Plaud and 31-year-old Miguel Anthony Valentin-Colon, as well as their friend, 29-year-old Dhamyl Mirella Roman-Audiffred, are considered missing persons.Now, Buffalo Police have released video that identifies persons of interest after the burned out vehicle was discovered in Buffalo's Black Rock neighborhood near where the boy was found. Police were also able to make a connection between the burned-out car and the toddler found. The department released three videos. The first shows an individual with a shirt over their head walking to the location on Tonawanda Street where the car would be burned. The second shows what appears to be the same person, moving quickly away from the scene with another individual and a child. The individual stops to put a shirt back on their head. On the left side of the frame, a flash can be seen that may be the car being ignited in flames. The third video is a slower, enhanced version of the second video. 1219

As schools and businesses reopen Tuesday amid a chemical fire in suburban Houston, health officials still worry about the possible effects of the flames on the air quality and the people of Deer Park and the surrounding communities.The fire at Intercontinental Terminals Company (ITC) has been burning since Sunday. Artificial intelligence is being used by companies around the world, allowing many stories to go cashierless.Mike Fogarty, founder of Choice Market, says great food, service and quick check-outs are essential.“Currently, we have the ability for folks to order online on an app and use one of our self-checkouts back here,” Fogarty says. “We also have a traditional point of sale over here.”In six months, Choice Market plans to introduce a cashierless system using artificial intelligence technology.“Using cameras, sensors and other things within the store to monitor what’s being taken off the shelf, what a customer is walking out with, and ultimately, charging it to their credit card or the app,” Fogarty explains. Canadian officials on Thursday said that seven people were killed in a plane crash in Kingston, Ontario, which is located along Lake Ontario, near the border with New York. According to CTV, three children were among those killed in Wednesday's plane crash.An official from Canada's Transportation Safety Board said weather may have been a factor. Winds in the area reached 50 MPH around the time of the crash."Pilots are always faced with, you know, obtaining the latest weather, looking at the forecast, looking at the weather along different stations and the weather from one station may vary greatly from another station," Ken Webster from the Transportation Safety Board said. "So at this point, all we have to go on is is we know that it was a deteriorating to some point. So we have to look into exactly the route of the aircraft, where and how the weather was along his route and when he got here, what it was like. So that's what we need to do."The plane took off from Toronto's Buttonville Municipal Airport, and was attempting to land at the airport in Kingston.
