When the bodies were found, they each had gunshot wounds to the head.According to news outlet Punto Norte, investigators believe the three people killed were taken from an apartment at gunpoint, forced to kneel and then shot.10News spoke to 23-year-old Katheryn Garcia. She told us her cousin, 17-year-old Christopher Alexis Gomez was among the three people shot to death. Garcia said her cousin is a senior at O'Farrell Charter School (OCS) in Encanto. She said he was a proud starting Lineman for the school's new football team. Last week, Gomez told Garcia that he was going to a barbecue party in Ensenada on Friday with his friend, 18-year-old Juan Suarez Ojeda. Dr. Jonathan Dean, the Superintendent at OCS, told 10News Ojeda wasa recent O'Farrell Charter graduate, class of 2018. Garcia said she has never met the third victim, but knew the teen was Ojeda's friend who lived in Tijuana.Garcia said the three were tortured, likely in a different location, before being shot execution style.Garcia said her family are now left with more questions than answers. Why would Christopher, a boy who had never been in trouble, be killed? Was this a case of mistaken identity? Was he at the wrong place at the wrong time? Who would do this?“They’re monsters. Who does that to three young boys who had their whole life ahead of them," Garcia said in tears. (KGTV) — Nearly 500 people have been banned from Delta flights after refusing to wear facial coverings in accordance with the company's coronavirus policy.The airlines said in an internal memo obtained by ABC News that at least 460 people have been added to a "no-fly list" for not wearing a mask. Airlines companies agreed in June to ban passengers who refused to wear face coverings, CNN reported. Delta's mask requirement went into effect for passengers on May 4."Wearing a mask is among the simplest and most effective actions we can take to reduce transmission, which is why Delta has long required them for our customers and our people. As of this week, we’ve added 460 people to our no-fly list for refusing to comply with our mask requirement," according to an internal memo to employees from CEO Ed Bastian, ABC News reported.In August, Delta said it had banned about 270 passengers since the pandemic began.Earlier this month, the Department of Defense released the results of a 6-month study that claimed the risk of contracting COVID-19 on a flight were virtually 0% if all passengers wore masks. (KGTV) - Neighbors in San Marcos are sounding the alarm on a suspected prowler after his antics were caught on two different doorbell cameras.The first video from a homeowner in the Richland area of San Marcos shows a man cover his face while peering into a stranger’s home and whistle at the dog inside in an attempt to stop it from barking.The second video from the front door of Sam Ilaian’s house captures the man loitering in his driveway before walking up to take the ring camera.“He pulled it off the wall completely,” said Ilaian, “brackets and everything.”The Sheriff’s department has the video now and Ilaian says the neighborhood is a little more vigilant.As for his front door, “I think now I’ll install more cameras there,” said Ilaian.  763

(KGTV) — The number of those missing following the deadly Camp Fire in Northern California has dwindled to just under 50 people, the Butte County Sheriff's Department announced Friday.More than three weeks after the deadliest wildfire in California's history ignited, officials have seen the number of those missing dive from more than 1,100 to 49 people.Many forced to evacuate due to the fire fled to other towns or cities and did not tell relatives or authorities they were safe, ballooning the initial number of missing persons.
