 DENVER, Colorado — The FBI agent who shot a man at a Denver nightclub when his weapon fell from his waistband while he was performing a backflip is scheduled to appear in court Thursday morning at 11:30 a.m. Eastern to enter a plea. Chase Bishop, 29, faces one count of second-degree assault, a fourth-degree felony. "When you receive that rejection letter, you feel like everything you did was for nothing," he says, adding, "When I saw this opportunity to go to Mexico, I took it. I was like, 'This is all [I've] got.'" MAKING IT IN SAN DIEGO: San Diego community college programs open up job opportunities According to The Princeton Review, fewer than half of all applicants get accepted to U.S. medical schools. Those who are accepted will pay an average of more than ,000 a year for private school.
