(KGTV) — Voter registration has reached an all-time high in California ahead of November's midterm elections, according to newly released state data.A record 19,696,371 Californians were registered to vote as of Oct. 22, an increase of 1,892,548 registered voters since 2014, Secretary of State Alex Padilla's office says.That means about 78.16 percent of Californians are eligible to vote, the state's highest level since the state's 1950 gubernatorial election.YOUR VOICE YOUR VOTE ELECTION COVERAGE"It is nearly unprecedented for California to set a voter registration record in a midterm election," Padilla said in a release. (KGTV) - New details have been released in the moments leading up to a small plane crash in Scottsdale, Ariz., that killed six people this month.The National Transportation Safety Board report said video showed the plane take off from Scottsdale Airport on April 9, its wings "rocking during and shortly after."A traffic camera also recorded the plane in a left bank executing a left turn about half a mile from the airport. A 3-month-old child was found alive this week in a Painesville, Ohio apartment with her parents who had died from an apparent drug overdose.Police performed a welfare check at the apartment on the 1280 block of West Jackson Street Sunday afternoon where they found 29-year-old Matthew J. Jacquemain and his girlfriend 25-year-old Sarah K. Poorman dead in the home from apparent drug overdoses.Police said they found the couple's infant daughter in the apartment.
