FULLERTON, Calif. (KGTV) -- Sunday, the coroner’s office identified a 6-year-old girl who was mowed down by a suspected drunken driver in Fullerton.Grace Aguilar was killed around 2:15 p.m. Saturday after a driver, Maximino Delgado, 52, drove onto a sidewalk on the 1400 block of Lombard Street.Authorities say Delgado was attempting to make a turn when he lost control of the vehicle and struck Aguilar.RELATED: Pedestrian killed after being hit by train near Sorrento Valley coaster stationDelgado continued to drive on the sidewalk before reentering the road and striking a parked car.Police performed a breath test on Delgado and reportedly discovered his blood alcohol level was .23 percent, far above the level of drunken driving at .08 percent.Aguilar was taken to the hospital where she later died.RELATED: Tow truck crashes into pedestrian and bicyclist in Mira MesaDelgado was arrested and booked for driving under the influence of alcohol and vehicular manslaughter. GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - Wendy Marble has found a big positive to all the cans and bottles piling up during the pandemic."I had all these pop cans sitting around, of course from when they shut the machines down, end of March," Marble told FOX 17 News. "And I decided what can I do with them to you know, make something good come out of them."Marble came up with the idea of using the bottle deposit money to donate a check to Mackenzie's Animal Sanctuary."I love animals, I always have," she said. "I just wanted to help them, and it meant something to me to be able to do it."Marble started with the cans she had at home but then decided to also throw the idea out on Facebook.The response was overwhelming."That went crazy. I had people blowing up my phone," she explained. "I had 50,000 cans at my house at one time."That's when Marble enlisted the help of her best friend Tama Allerding; knowing it would take some time for the pair to return all the cans due to daily bottle return limits."When she showed me the cans for the first time I thought I was gonna pass out," recalled Allerding. "Her whole garage was just full."But, it didn't take very long for the money to start adding up.Marble was able to drop off her first check to Mackenzies for just over ,500 dollars."And then I thought, why am I stopping? There are still people that don't want their cans," said Marble."So I got them another thousand and dropped that off."Autumn Russell-Hubert, the General Manager at Mackenzie's, said the money is a big help."Everybody's just stockpiling cans, and for her to go and actually take pop cans in and collect them for Mackenzie's and other rescues, we just thought it was amazing," she said. "Right now with Covid, there's a lot of dogs starting to be relinquished, so that money helps us, help more dogs in need."Marble hasn't slowed down. She's continued to collect cans all over West Michigan, raising money for several other animal rescues."I think probably by the end of November, I will be at [,000 dollars raised]," Marble explained. "It didn't cost me anything other than gas, of course, to pick them up."Marble isn't sure how long that she will be collecting cans, but is passionate about helping animals in need."I'm doing it for the animals, I'm wanting to help," she said. "I really loved being able to help. It made me feel good to be able to do this. GRAND BLANC, Mich. - A 17-year-old is in trouble with Michigan State Police and, most likely, his parents after being clocked doing 138 miles an hour on I-75 in near Grand Blanc.The incident happened at around 8:45 p.m. on November 23.Troopers clocked the 2012 Chevy as it was in the left lane of Northbound I-75. Troopers say the driver tried to "duck off" onto E Holly Road but was caught by the trooper.According to MSP, the driver said he was "traveling so fast and passing other cars and sucking in and out of lanes" because he was late for his 9:30 curfew.MSP says the trooper "gave the kid a break" on a reckless driving charged, but did give him a ticket for going 138 mph in a 70 mph zone and "the SMH award."His ticket carries an unknown fine and four points. 777

In fact, they are the second-most terrifying bird behind turkeys (large, tenacious) and ahead of crows (eidetic, vengeful).So this momentous trio of photographs showing a Canada goose absolutely trucking a high school golfer near Blissfield, Michigan, is just a reminder of the natural order of things. You can have, as one Twitter user put it, a "quiver full of bird maulers" and a whole high school athlete's worth of physical power, but the goose is going to win every time. It's science.The unlucky human sacrifice here is Isaac Couling, a member of the Concord High School golf team. According to Blissfield Golf Coach Steve Babbitt, Couling, 16, was competing in the Madison Tournament at the World Creek Golf Course in Adrian, Michigan, when terror rained down."The group just finished teeing off on hole #7 and were walking down the fairway," Babbitt told CNN in an email. "They were aware of a goose nest on their left which they were looking at but not bothering when from behind them and to the right came the guard goose (protecting the nest)."Then came a rather alarming escalation, a whole Shakespearean tragedy in three acts.
