PlayStation 4's latest update gives parents a lot more power.On Wednesday, Sony rolled out a PS4 software update for its gaming console with several new features -- most notably, the ability for adults to restrict how long a child uses the system.Other new features include more personalization and improved image quality for games played on HDTVs.Adults can now keep track and control the length of PS4 playtime for children. PHOENIX — Three people, including two children, have died after being stabbed near 19th and Glendale avenues Sunday morning.Phoenix police say they are conducting a homicide investigation after they found a 7-year old boy, 9-year-old girl and an 18-year-old woman who had been stabbed to death inside of an apartment. (KGTV) – A growing number of locals who trying to make it in San Diego are flying out of the Tijuana International Airport to save money on airline tickets.In only its third year of service, San Diego's Cross Border Xpress, or “CBX”, is soaring in sales. “You can save so much money by traveling out of CBX,” said Luis Palacios, CBX's Chief Commercial Officer. The pedestrian bridge in Otay Mesa goes over the border and into the Tijuana airport. It’s located about 20 minutes south of downtown San Diego. RELATED: What to know about using Tijuana's Cross Border Xpress“More than 85 percent of our travel for the whole year, by the end of 2018, crossed in less than 15 minutes,” said Palacios. San Diegan Arun Srinivasan uses CBX to fly to business meetings in Mexico. “It’s essentially like having a second airport in San Diego that just costs less,” Srinivasan said. “Every roundtrip flight, I've saved three to four hundred dollars.” RELATED: Making It in San Diego: Local cities among top in the U.S. for staycations Srinivasan said CBX also saves him time. “[Departing from] San Diego, I have to connect through LAX or San Francisco." From the Tijuana airport, there are 35 nonstop flights throughout Mexico and two to China. Security is a concern for some travelers. PINE VALLEY, Calif. (KGTV) -- A man suspected of smuggling several people into the U.S. from Mexico led Border Patrol agents on a chase before injecting himself with heroin, the agency says. According to the agency, the incident happened around 10:45 a.m. Tuesday at the Pine Valley immigration checkpoint. After approaching the checkpoint in a 2001 Mercedes sedan with five passengers, the man was referred to a secondary inspection area before speeding away. After sliding off the road along I-8 near the Pine Valley Road exit, all five of the passengers ran out of the vehicle and into nearby brush. The driver, however, stayed in the sedan and began injecting himself with a black substance later identified as heroin. He was arrested on smuggling charges and is currently undergoing a medically monitored detox. The group included two men, two women, and a 16-year-old boy. Philadelphia Police have released 911 audio from an arrest at a local Starbucks that has prompted national outrage.The audio was uploaded to the Philadelphia Police's YouTube page on Tuesday. "Hi, I have two gentlemen in my cafe that are refusing to make a purchase or leave. I'm at the Starbucks at 18th and Spruce," a female caller tells at dispatch officer.The officer told the caller that police would be out "as soon as possible."The recording also included dispatches between officers. At one point, officers request "another unit along with a supervisor" for help dealing with a two men "causing a disturbance" at the coffee shop.Later, officers inform dispatch that they've made two arrests and are en route back to headquarters.Following the arrest, Starbucks would decline to press charges and the men would be released. The woman who called police was reportedly the manager of the store. She has "left the store" while Starbucks investigates the matter.Video of the arrest filmed by a customer at the shop has been shared thousands of times on social media and prompted a rebuke by the company's CEO. Yesterday, Starbucks announced it would close 8,000 company-owned stores on May 29 to conduct racial-bias education with its employees.  1302
