Seven people, including four children, have been found dead in a rural property in Western Australia, in what's believed to be the country's worst mass shooting in more than two decades.Officers were called to a residential property in Osmington, around 170 miles (270 kilometers) south of state capital Perth, in the early hours of Friday morning, where the seven bodies were discovered, said Western Australia Police Commissioner Chris Dawson.Police arrived at the property following a call from "'male person' connected to the property" shortly after 5:00 a.m. local time (5 p.m. Thursday ET), national broadcaster ABC reported.Five bodies were found inside the house, and the other two outside, close to the property. (KGTV) - Seventeen homes in Spring Valley were without water Friday night, after a water main break.The homes were mostly along Rothgard Road, according to officials with the Helix Water District.An 8-inch water main broke near Harmony Lane and Cristobal Drive around 3:30 p.m. Crews turned off the water before 4 p.m. to begin repairs.There was a water truck brought out for families impacted by the water shut off.Crews expect to have repairs completed, and the water turned on again by the Saturday morning. 540

According to the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department, the fugitive task force was following a parolee at large Tuesday afternoon. When they tried to pull the parolee over, he took off, leading a deputies on a chase. At some point during the chase, the man caused a four-vehicle crash near Gillespie Drive and Jamacha Road. The department says two people were injured in the crash and taken to the hospital. A deputy and K-9 were also involved in the crash, but managed to escape without injury.
