Chef Chan Chak-keong from Macao, holder of two Michelin stars, has been invited to Beijing to present a feast of Sichuan and Cantonese cuisine at Zijin Mansion from Jan 8-11. With 25 years of culinary experience, Chan has a meticulous approach to fine food.
