A Black Lives Matter group had gathered waiting for a caravan of President Donald Trump supporters that never showed.Meanwhile, hundreds of vehicles draped with flags and banners in support of Trump snarled traffic around the New York metropolitan area Sunday.According to The Associated Press, a large caravan of Trump supporters traveled through Rockland and Westchester counties and Queens, in some cases stopping traffic without further incident.In addition, videos posted online showed hundreds of vehicles at a standstill around noon in the northbound express lanes of the Garden State Parkway near Lakewood, New Jersey. New research has found American workers took an average of 17.2 days of vacation in 2017, up almost a half-day from 2016.Project: Time Off, who are affiliated with the U.S. Travel Association, says "this marks the highest level for American vacation usage since 2010 (17.5 days) and more than a full-day increase since bottoming out at 16 days in 2014."But maybe these aren't enough days as 52 percent of Americans left an "accumulated 705 million unused days" in 2017, which has increased from 662 million in 2016.How? NEW BEDFORD, Mass. – A man in Massachusetts is taking extreme measures to ensure his Trump campaign sign isn’t tampered with.John Oliveria of New Bedford says his sign started disappearing from his yard and after going through six, the Navy veteran was fed up.Oliveria, a member of the New Bedford School Committee, has now put electric wire around the sign in his front yard and he tells WJAR it has certainly sent a message to thieves.After two weeks with the fence, the Republican says the sign has stood its ground.Oliveria says Americans have to be able to respect each other, despite political differences. NEWARK, N.J. - Before the holiday travel season picks up, United Airlines said they will be offering free coronavirus tests to passengers on select flights between New Jersey and the United Kingdom, beginning Nov. 16.According to a press release, the airline launched the 4-week pilot program that will run from Nov. 16 to Dec. 11.United is only rapidly testing passengers flying between Newark Liberty International Airport to London Heathrow, free of charge.United said appointments are required, and passengers will have to arrive three hours before their flight to get results back in time."We believe the ability to provide fast, same-day COVID-19 testing will play a vital role in safely reopening travel around the world and navigating quarantines and travel restrictions, particularly to key international destinations like London," said Toby Enqvist, chief customer officer for United in the news release. "Through this pilot program, we'll guarantee that everyone* onboard has tested negative for COVID-19, adding another element to our layered approach to safety. New technology could be the way guns are made, and you can use it right in your own home.Starting this week, Americans can start legally downloading instructions on how to use a 3D printer to make their own gun. The guns cannot be traced and there’s no background check required.“This is building a gun in your home by pressing a button, says David Chipman, a former ATF Special Agent and an advisor to the Giffords Law Center to Prevent Gun Violence. “That’s an entirely different thing from past technologies.”  Chipman says he worries about the future and 3D guns getting in the wrong hands.“Although the threat might not be immediate, next month, five…10 years, it could really change the landscape on how criminals and terrorists get guns,” Chipman says.But the NRA points out there are laws that prevent violent criminals from even having a gun. 869
