HARRISBURG, Pa. – Pennsylvania’s secretary of state said Thursday that “we definitely could” know which presidential candidate will win the battleground state by the end of the day.Secretary Kathy Boockvar made the comment when asked about the results during an interview with CNN’s Jake Tapper on Thursday.“You know, I’ve been saying that we’ll have the overwhelming majority counted by tomorrow, but it’s looking like we’ll have the overwhelming majority counted by today,” Boockvar said.During the interview taped at about 1:33 p.m. ET, Boockvar added that there were about 550,000 ballots that were still in the process of being counted. By 5:45 p.m., the number of ballots left to be counted dwindled to 326,000 ballots. HERNANDO COUNTY, Fla. — An infant boy died on Friday after being left in a hot car in Hernando County, Fla., officials say.Deputies and Fire Rescue responded to the scene Friday morning in the 12000 block of Elgin Boulevard in Spring Hill just after 11 a.m. after received a call about an infant who had just been removed from a hot car.Hernando County Sheriff's Office officials say that 9-month-old Keyton O’Callaghan was rushed to a nearby Oak Hill Hospital in critical condition. He was pronounced dead at 12:06 p.m. Investigators say that Keyton had been in the care of his mother, Cami Lee Moyer, 38, since Thursday night. HCSO says that the infant's father, Eric O'Callahan, 32, came home and found Keyton in the vehicle parked on the driveway in front of the home. Deputies say O'Callahan took the infant inside where he began performing CPR on the child while he was on the phone with 911. He continued to perform CPR until fire rescue arrived and took over.At this time, officials do not know how long Keyton was left in the car. Detectives are still working to establish a chronological timeline of events.“If you think you might forget, put a shoe back there. GOODYEAR, Ariz. — Bryshere Gray, an actor on the TV show "Empire," was arrested Sunday night in connection with a domestic violence incident at a Goodyear home.According to Goodyear police, officers responded to reports that a woman had been assaulted and arrived at a Circle K at Estrella Parkway and McDowell Road around 10:15 p.m.Police said the victim flagged down a citizen shortly before at another gas station and said she had been assaulted at her home "for several hours" by her husband, who she identified as Bryshere Gray.The victim was treated and released with non-life-threatening injuries, and Goodyear detectives and victims' advocates continued to assist after she was discharged from the hospital.When officers tried to contact Gray at his home near Estrella Parkway and Westar Drive, he refused to come out and speak with the police.Goodyear SWAT and Crisis Negotiations were called to the scene to assist.According to police, Gray surrendered without incident just after 7 a.m. Monday. He was taken into custody and will be booked on domestic violence charges.Gray portrays Hakeem Lyon on "Empire."
