(KSTU) -- A woman who disappeared in Utah's Zion National Park before being found 12 days later is reportedly being investigated for fraud in connection to her disappearance.The Salt Lake Tribune reported the Washington County Sheriff's Office is looking into Holly Courtier's story after accounts of her rescue and how she survived with no food or water raised questions within the department.In the days following the rescue, Courtier's daughter -- who lives in San Diego -- said her mother hit her head and became disoriented in the park; while her sister, Jaime Strong, said Holly never drank from a nearby river because it was possibly toxic.Hearing the accounts after Courtier was able to leave Zion National Park with minimal assistance raised red flags to officials, according to a statement released by the Sheriff's Office."These inconsistencies raised some questions as to the authenticity of the events as reported to law enforcement," said Sheriff Cory C. A baboon that was being transported escaped its cage Monday afternoon and ran loose in San Antonio International Airport, officials said.An airport spokesman said the baboon was cornered in the baggage handling area of Terminal B.American Airlines released a statement, saying the baboon was being taken to an animal sanctuary and refuge in the San Antonio area."We are working closely with the San Antonio Aviation Department and officials from the San Antonio Zoo. Officials from the zoo are now on-site to ensure his safety and well-being as he continues his journey to his new home at the primate sanctuary," the statement read.The baboon arrived on a flight from Chicago, according to American and CNN affiliate KSAT.No passengers or flights have been affected. A 17-year-old is recovering in the hospital after being shot in the head by a rubber bullet. Caprice Wade said her son Lazerick Wade, 17, went several blocks away from their home in Milwaukee to check in on a gathering of people outside a home. Minutes later, she had to rush him to a nearby hospital.“My heart sunk to the bottom of my feet,” Caprice Wade said. “I didn’t know what to do.”Cell phone video shows Lazerick in a blue hoodie moments before the shot was fired just feet away from officers. A 64-year-old Painesville Township, Ohio resident was hailed as a hero after authorities say he stopped a man who chased a mother and her two children from their home after he allegedly broke in.Police said the resident, Thomas Jones, opened his door after he heard his neighbor pounding on it and yelling for help.According to authorities, Jones' neighbor and her two children had just run from their house after a 30-year-old man allegedly forced his way into their home through the back door. The suspect chased the woman into her bedroom and then laid down on the floor claiming someone was trying to kill him, police said.The woman was able to escape the bedroom and run from the residence with her 5 and 7-year-old children and call 911.Listen to the 911 call below.
