The US Department of Veterans Affairs is investigating 11 suspicious deaths at a medical center in West Virginia, according to a statement from Sen. Joe Manchin's office.The VA said it is looking into "potential wrongdoing" at the Louis A. Johnson VA Medical Center in Clarksburg. Deborah Dugan also says she called out conflicts of interest in the nominations for music's biggest awards. Dugan was placed on administrative leave last week.
