Jimmy John’s, a nationwide chain of sandwich restaurants, said it has fired the employees involved in an incident it says was "unacceptable."Video of Jimmy John’s employees showed the workers making a noose out of bread dough and placing the noose around the neck of an employee. The video was shared on Twitter, but appeared to have been grabbed from a Snapchat user.The social media video contained a social media filter reading “Happy 4th of July.”Jimmy John’s responded to the video, saying, “We have zero tolerance for racism or discrimination in any form. The franchisee has taken immediate action and the employees have been terminated. JOSHUA TREE NATIONAL PARK (KGTV) -- After four days alone in the desert, Paul Hanks was found injured - but alive - Thursday night. The 54-year-old went missing while hiking the Maze Loop on Sunday, March 11, The High Desert Star reports. He left San Diego on Sunday, but never checked into his hotel. The Maze Loop is the same trail where the bodies of Rachel Nguyen and Josseph Orbeso were found near last October, nearly three months after they were reported missing in July. RELATED: Missing couple in Joshua Tree National Park died in murder-suicideHanks' pickup truck was found in the same parking lot as Nguyen and Orbeso. Just after 4 p.m. Thursday a member of the Joshua Park Search and Rescue team located Hanks, Gerorge Land, the park's public information officer said in a Facebook video. "It appears he fell about 20 feet," Land said. "He sustained some head injuries, we don't know the exact nature of all of his injuries...but he was conscious, he was talking to rescuers."10News is working to learn more about Hanks' current condition. Jerome Corsi is suing Robert Mueller in federal court in the District of Columbia.Previously, the Roger Stone acquaintance testified before the Mueller grand jury and publicly released a draft version of a criminal false statements plea with the Special Counsel's Office -- to which he refused to agree.Now in the lawsuit, Corsi says federal authorities have unconstitutionally searched his electronic records and his phone.The lawsuit is the latest example of pushback from individuals called upon by Mueller to provide information in the Russia probe.Corsi claims that because he investigated Hillary Clinton's missing emails in 2016 and guessed Wikileaks would leak hacked emails from Clinton's campaign chairman, Mueller has unfairly targeted him."Defendant Mueller has threatened to indict Plaintiff Corsi and effectively put him in federal prison for the rest of his life unless Plaintiff Corsi would provide the false testimony that they demanded, even after being informed that the testimony desired would be false," Corsi wrote in the lawsuit.Corsi, who has talked about his experience with the investigation to media and on his own show, also claims that Mueller has leaked grand jury secrets without providing any specific evidence beyond an article where sources are not described.As an example, Corsi cites an ABC News article detailing how he has become a "central figure" in the Mueller probe and says Mueller spokesman Peter Carr periodically meets with journalists at the Paul coffee shop at 8th and Pennsylvania Avenue to leak information at Mueller's direction. Corsi provided an email between Carr and a journalist as proof, though it did not indicate any specific topic that was discussed or include any evidence of reporting from the journalist to prove a leak."These leaks are meant to pressure Plaintiff Corsi into providing the false testimony that Defendant Mueller and his staff seek by portraying Plaintiff Corsi negatively through the media, as well as to destroy him if he does not comply," Corsi writes in the lawsuit."These leaks are also intended to send a message to other supporters of the president that they had best comply with the unlawful demands of Defendant Mueller and his prosecutorial staff or be indicted or at the least irreparably smeared and destroyed in the public domain."The lawsuit was filed Sunday night by Corsi's lawyer, the conservative freedom of information advocate Larry Klayman. Klayman previously won access to a collection of emails between the Special Counsel's Office and reporters, and attached some of these as exhibits in the case.Mueller himself, as well as the Department of Justice, FBI, CIA and National Security Agency are named as defendants.Corsi, who has connections to the far-right conspiracy theory website Infowars, is asking for more than 0 million in damages. KANSAS CITY, Mo. — For the first time publicly, the woman who claimed Missouri Gov. Eric Greitens took a nude photo of her without her permission during an affair is telling her side of the story.The woman, who wanted to remain anonymous, spoke exclusively with KSDK-TV in St. Louis.“I’m in the middle of the most difficult, crazy fight that I didn’t ask to be a part of,” she said in the interview. “And I feel like I’m this easy punching bag, yet I haven’t thrown any punches.”This scandal became public on the night Greitens delivered the annual State of the State address in Jefferson City. That night, KMOV-TV first reported the affair and the allegations against the governor. He was accused of taking a compromising and unauthorized photo of a woman during the 2015 affair, but the felony charge stemming from the accusation has been dropped.While Greitens admitted to the affair, he denies any criminal wrongdoing.During the interview, the woman, who is referred to as K.S. in court documents, said no one had paid her and no one with any political motivations talked to her about coming forward.The story only became public when the woman’s ex-husband came forward with a secret recording as part of the KMOV-TV report.“I didn’t want this. I wasn’t out to get anyone. I really was just trying to live my life,” the woman told KSDK-TV.In February, the St. Louis Circuit Attorney charged the Governor with invasion of privacy. Once that happened, the woman said she felt she should cooperate.The charge was dismissed May 14 in preliminary stages of the trial after the court said it would allow Greitens' lawyers to question the prosecutor under oath, who said it would have been improper for her to be a witness in a trial her office was prosecuting.On Monday, a judge appointed a special prosecutor.
